Red Wing - Delaware, OH

I had a great experience looking for boots at this location. The salesperson took their time to size my foot and do the stride analysis. The only downfall was that red wing does not make a size that fits my foot in the boots that I wanted. Red Wing needs to make a iron ranger in an EEE

This guy is hands down the best boot dealer I’ve ever dealt with! I Bout boots from another dealer and had trouble with warranty so I stopped by Ricks store and he took care of it right away even tho I didn’t buy the boots from him!

In my experience I was unimpressed by the service. Service person brought boots out sat the boxes down and went to stand behind the register. I had to open the boxes pull the packaging out of the boots test fit and evaluate how they should fit etc. While the service person waited from a distance. Then repackage them myself.
It was definitely not the service you'd expect 😒 at least at a shoe store. No help in selecting product or and advice about options. I guess that's just the status of service in America nowadays?
