The store manager, Jessi, was absolutely amazing! Went in looking to upgrade without being 100% on what I wanted, Jessi helped me make a decision that fit my needs and wants best!! Incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly! Will recommend and will be back!

Went in to change carriers. Matthew was our salesman. He was absolutely amazing. He wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions. So happy we made the switch. Everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

The store is such a nice vibe with either the friendly staff or the music they have playing. The staff was super helpful too and helped lower my phone bill while getting a new phone and tablet

Honestly these guys are amazing! I was waiting on my transfer right? And one of the employees was helping me. He ended up going over to talk to the manager “which btw is amazing” and the employee ended up losing his balance and fell! But the employees didn’t laugh at him or make fun of him at all! This team is very caring and professional. 10/10

So, I have been to 3 different T-Mobiles in Westerville, either they are rude, unwilling to help, or straight up mean. These guys were incredibly kind, professional and honestly, I will be making this the place for any future mobile or tablet needs.
