AT&T Store

10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family and I came in 30 minutes to closing and the customer service was fantastic. Yesenia is a stellar employee who is patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, honest, has a funny personality and made this hands down one of the best customer service experiences. She did not mind staying way past closing to ensure we were getting all of questions answered and when our kids were getting restless she was kind enough to put on cartoons for them to watch. This location is very clean as well and I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in SA.

I came in with a multiple issues as I could not activate my phone! Shala was extremely helpful while also managing to multi task and help others! She was amazing and completely understanding! Awesome service!

Hands down the smoothest and most helpful AT&T experience I’ve ever had. I went in needing a new phone, knowing nothing about backing up my data or how much storage I would need. Aliyah was knowledgeable and decisive, and she got me exactly what I needed in my price range, backed up my data, and even double checked through my account to find me a better deal on my home internet while I was there. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Ali is awesome! She was patient and answered all my questions! She even helped me try to get a better deal with my DIRECTV! I would highly recommend this AT&T if you want to feel like you’re being treated as their #1 customer and getting exceptional service!

Ali was awesome and held great conversation while getting my phone upgraded. Always a plus to have employees that know their products and are personable, makes selection process much easier.

I am absolutely appreciative of the excellent customer service I received at this location. All of my questions were answered. The young lady Shanie (hope I spelled it correctly) helped me earlier this week and is the reason I came back due to her extensive knowledge and her kind demeanor. Aliya helped the second time and she is equally amazing and very professional. Then I had to come back for another visit, and to my surprise Aliya went above and beyond to find a solution and for that I’m extremely grateful.
Keep up the great work. It’s refreshing to have experienced such positive attitudes.
