Recently needed a Notary. Called the store, representative placed me on hold and checked with Notary to ensure my documents could be notarized. They in deed could be and scheduled an appointment for that very day. Arrived at store, Notary was waiting for me. Notary prepared documents, asked if I'd like copies and transaction was completed. The UPS store provided a Positive Customer Experience. Thank you.

Always been super helpful when needing to send anything out or return things. They are usually pretty quick with each customer, and even with the line today of about 5 to 6 people I was only in there just over 5 minutes give or take. I will always go to this location.

What a great location!! My wife was able to drop off some things to mail, then walk over to HEB to pick up a few things. We need more of these near big name businesses!!

Emily and Alondra were both extremely helpful to not only myself but the other customers in the store. It was a little busy and I had a few moments in line to observe their interactions with customers. Their customer service really stood out to me. Kind, courteous and efficient!

Kevin was extremely helpful and polite. He was very thorough in securing the expensive, large scale items I shipped to California from Texas to ensure I wouldn’t be paying thousands in damage costs. He took the time to make sure I got all I needed though he had a busy store. I will be using his printing services next because I was so convinced from my shipping experience that Kevin is great to work with.”

After a long day, I walked up to find the door locked and I had missed UPS by 10 minutes. Walking away to my car, I heard the door open an male employee said, "Ma'am, Come in...we'll take you!!" I ran over so excited that anyone could be so kind after hours. But, here is where it gets better. After I was done checking out, I suddenly realized, I need to send my MO certified mail. Without missing a beat, the manager said, "No problem, I can change it for you", and I was out of there in no time flat! This was exceptional customer service by far and I was over impressed with the kindness shown to me and the professionalism of everyone there on this wonderful Team. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was worried about shipping a large family keepsake. They packed it on a Saturday and it reached it's location in WA State on Thursday. It was wrapped up tight as a drum and packed perfectly. Thank You

I came in little late on Friday I had no idea that they close at 630. The two young ladies named Aracele and the supervisor briana were amazing and completely understanding. They helped me print out my concert tickets. I will definitely return.

HUGE shout out to Briana, the manager there. She helped me print out some images, super last minute, that I had on my phone because H-E-B next door had misplaced the ones i gave to them to put on my cake. Went in there nervous not knowing if they would be able to help me. But, was lucky that Briana attended to me, and she made the process go so smoothly and made my day!

Brittney is a one of a kind employee who definitely deserves to be in charge so her employees can follow her lead. She goes above and beyond for her company and is truely an asset to have. such a power house for retail.
