They do get Game Stop exclusive Pops, but the good ones do go fast as they have regular customers. Staff is friendly and helpful; if there is something they don't have in stock, they will check inventory at other stores to see if they can get it.

I've been to a few stores in the area and I always see one manager who literally makes every stop I make having me feel like I'm an important customer. She always explains things when asks and is great at lamens terms since I'm no expert. I told her I didn't have a pro account she gave me 3 reasons and it made ALOT of sence to get the pro for a year which I hardley have ever done in the past. 25 bucks but you get % discounts and incur 5 extra bucks a month to spend towards games (no large hardware but I understand) so by the end of that year gamestop will have paid me back my 25 and offered me chances to go above and beyond that with the extra discount but I would like to harp again on the manager. At one point she was taking customer questions while multi tasking with me and I got the feeling both me and the people calling the store where fully answered in their questions. I believe her name is tashya or natashya I've even seen her at the murphy store and waynesville store AND the sylva store which are an hour thirty apart from each other. And the murphy store which usually left me more confused than when I entered seemed COMPLETELY different. Alot of positive changes being made in murphy and if she lives in sylva or waynesville she's driving 3 hours just to be at that store in murphy. I hope the main boss understands how lucky he is to have a worker so dedicated I would literally pay out the wazoo to find a dedicated employee like her for my own team. Oh yeah, while running the store taking calls and satisfying every customer I saw her engage with she was also training new people all in between this. Y'all found a superhero for a manager please keep her around first time in years these gamestop's make feel like a customer not an inconvenient thing that makes the worker look up from their cell phone.

I love shopping at this GameStop,the Funko pop selection is great and I always find a good deal on at least one there on the clearance shelf it seems. The staff is always friendly and fun to interact with too,you can tell they live what they sell and that's a major plus. Awesome store!

Always very good customer service. I enjoy the engaging staff whom I can happily nerd out with be it about games or varying other topics. Communication is great during such hard times and I have yet to have a bad experience.

I had a great experience picking up a gift here. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered questions and knew the specifics behind the different Xbox sieres and which would best fit my needs. I'd post a photo but it's just an Xbox so you should already know what it looks like.

Pretty good selection, pretty cool staff. Can't really complain about much. The only thing about my visit was that they didn't have what I was looking for, but can't blame them for their inventory.

Reasonable prices and a huge selection, the only complaint I have is the trade-in prices but that isn't entirely the stores fault. They only do what they're told. The employees are all very friendly and always more than happy to help out with anything you need.

Best experience at gamestop in a while. As a video game collector they even had some good old gems and some new discontinue games. Not only that whenever I had a question they gave me an answer.

I always find what I'm looking for or the help that I need when I shop here. Its easy to get a game or accessory delivered to the store if it's not in stock. I also always feel welcome as a customer and person when I enter the door. I have shopped here for years and definitely recommend gamestop to any gamer or anyone with a gamer in their family.

Large selection of games and a lot of merchandise. I have never seen more than two people working at a time and only one person checking people out. So slow purchase time.
