Great little shop! Always super friendly and helpful staff that actually know most of their vape products unlike most of the other shops around here. They also have a better selection of vape atomizers than any other shop in this area.

Absolutely amazing shop I’m from out of town and I always stop in the guys that work here are knowledgeable and friendly they make you feel welcome and do not overwhelm you I bought a new mod with batteries and juice and my wife got some salt juice and a disposable on recommendation and it was amazing keep doing what you are doing 10 out of 10 the best shop in this area!

Update - Last time I was there, a guy named Lucas helped me out. Super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I ended up trying delta 8, and it is fantastic. Another reason I love this store. Great employees.

Very rarely do they not have what I need in stock. And even then I can find something comparable. I typically buy the same 2 things each time - an Elfbar and the biggest bag of quality kratom they have.

Another reviewer mentioned the vapes - just check your vape before you leave instead of driving home and waiting 3 days.

Nothing but positive vibes from this establishment. Kind and educated on their products. Prices are also very reasonable. Hours are accessible. They continue to add variety and stay up-to-date within the industry. There was a little mixup with some coils I purchased the other day and they have promised to make it right and were very VERY kind about it, not to mention they responded extremely quickly! Very honest and respectable business! I will always recommend them. Good to see a local vape shop really set the standard for great customer service! I hope they continue to do well.

Best shop I have ever been to. They are kind and ask what I want, and what I'm looking for. If I am confused, they recommend the type of juice and they are usually spot on every single time. Very generous employees, and very conversational.

For anyone who goes to University vapor, do not! I left a review for my experience there and the owner creeped through my personal accounts and publicly slandered me instead of taking a hint. The employees here would not treat their customers like that.

My favorite vape store! The owner is absolutely amazing and the staff are beautiful. No matter what staff member you get, they are always fully informed. The store is always fresh and clean. The glass cases are very easy to see through and never have finger prints. You can tell the store is cared about!! If you haven't been to this store I'd give it a go! You won't be disappointed. I know I never am.

This place is amazing! I couldn’t ask for more pleasant people to shop from and they know a lot of the mods, tanks, and etc.! They also have a great line of juices. Definitely would recommend.

Sylva Vapor is the best vape store I've ever been to! They have the best selection of mods and are always up to date with the new stuff! Everything is reasonably priced and they have the best in house juice you will ever see with over 30 different custom flavors! The guys that work there are very nice and extremely knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need. I highly recommend coming here. I've been coming here for over a year now and never have thought about going anywhere else.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. they have pretty good discount piles here. out of the three vape shops in Sylva this one might be the most well-put-together. I didn't really check prices on hardware but there juice prices were definitely reasonable.

Great bunch of people highly knowledgeable more so than most vapor shops glad to see someone knows what they're talking about.

Best place around town for sure. They take the time not only to talk about your vape, but small talk with you. Theyre very laid back as long as your 18 and youre not planning on buying for minors. Would recommend and have recommended multiple people to the shop.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, a great addition to sylvas shops. I see it being a good business appealing the the new treads as well as locally brew vapes(Asheville). With a great selection as well as a creative display for the flavors they offer. With all the good I must put a criticism only fair, I know its a new shop but when you enter the shop there is a side table and counter in a reverse L shape. It's just feels empty as a whole room. So just atmosphere thing, everything else was on point.(hope it was constructive criticism).

Its a pretty cool place. Im isually nervous to go into these kind of stores but the manager addison makes it really comfortable and pleasant. Im going to start going there more often because of him

Had a wonderful experience! This is one of the most well organized stores I’ve ever been to. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They’ve got the juice you need at the price you want. Everything from mods to juuls to juul alternatives 👌🏼
