Walmart Supercenter

Awesome to walk out a Walmart and see mountains. What a wonderful view. The greeter and cashiers were nice. As we were walking out we see these cute smoky mountain coffee cups we had to have lol.

This Walmart has a helpful electronics staff who's responsive in getting merchandise from locked display cases promptly.This store is well managed and staffed with focus put on organization and cleanliness.
keep up the good work it's recognized by some.

There are around 10 handicap parking spaces and around 100 free parking spaces. The building is in excellent shape. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. The store is very big and you have to find a worker to get directions to the products you want to buy. The Walmart app is complicated in that when you are not at your local Walmart you can't change the zip code in the app. I wish they make it simpler to use. Overall, I was content with my purchases in this store.

I talked with a Mr. Carter in the deli last Afternoon He’s a great kid very good at his job one of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years, very profound and professional Very good❤

Clean building and staff went out of their way to help me. Pick up has always been smooth and easy!

The Franklin supercenter is always clean, well stocked, and associates are friendly and helpful.

Bought a gun today, staff was vry friendly and helpful and efficient. Will return... also they sometimes have tomahawk ribeyes...

This location had a great variety of DVDS and Blu-ray 📀, compared to a lot of other locations. Also every isle was packed. Very impressive! Keep up the good work and great service, staff members and all the representatives who contribute there time and efforts for there neighbors globally.

We have used the curbside pickup for our groceries & other essentials since it was 1st offered here. Love it! The orders have been accurate & substitutions suffice. Sometimes they are out of stock on some items & don't substitute another, but that's understandable & doesn't happen often. Staff has been professional & polite. We really appreciate this service.

If you can't find it at Walmart then maybe you don't need it = No affiance just a thought 💭🤔

Good people working there! The weeknight crowds are minimal by the way. Selections are different from other states, however location is general so it's easy to find things you want. It's easy getting in and getting out - convenience rules here!

The store is a great place to shop, especially if you need something quick. The employees are very helpful, they'll go out of their way to help you the best of their ability. At least a couple of them have actually stuck around to have a good conversation. The price is not that bad at all. And the products are not as bad as you would think. If the employees think there are better options, they'll help you out in that department as well. I would highly recommend this store because of the helpful staff and some of their products along with the price range.

I enjoyed this store. I am a frequent walmart shopper, but this store literally had things the others didn't. I found cars I had been looking for, Starbucks sippers great price, a swim suit ( I forgot to pack.) I'll be back at this one.

This has got to be the worst Walmart I have ever been in. Store is always a mess. At least 20% of my grocery list won’t be filled because they are always out of the items I need. So it’s easier to go to Waynesville. Sylva Walmart is just a depressing place to go. What a shame!

Best Walmart to visit for all your needs. Would love the fact that it would change and be open 24 hours.

Love shopping this Walmart in Sylva NC. Makes my vacation home in Bryson so enjoyable using the curbside grocery pick up. I have more time to do other things. My orders are always right and even nice fresh produce picked for my order. I appreciate all the customer shoppers. Great Job.

Recently I was at the Sylva Walmart, for a curbside pickup. I was having trouble checking in on the Walmart site. (This was a problem with the Walmart site, not the local store.)
It was busy in there and I really wanted a curbside pickup.
The Walmart staff were so kind, upbeat, and efficient, I completely forgot about the curbside glitch. I really appreciate such gracious service.
