This place has the best products and service! The staff is friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond helping me find something that most places in my area are sold out of. I was looking for a store close to home and found this great place. Their staff is very knowledgeable! On top of that the item I was looking for is priced better than the other places in town I usually get them from. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out their selection.
This place continues to impress us. Their service is top notch. They have added energy drinks and soft drinks so if you're thirsty you can buy one for the go. They have moved a lot of products around for ease and convenience. They have also added a lot of new products and well. The new large tv is mounted on the wall has awesome music videos playing while you shop.

They've added a bunch of specialty drinks need something to drink on the way out. Don't forget to grab one.

They have recently reorganized the store and added a ton of new products.

If you are looking for a new vape shop, you are definitely going to want to check these folks out! Ruben always goes above and beyond with customer service and has incredible patience with all of my questions. Their inventory is extensive so you are likely to find everything you could possibly need.

This is my favorite shop that I always go to. It’s near my house as well. I called Rudy asking him for a product there that I needed. He went out of his way to call the other two Shops and even called me on the phone. Give me the address of the location that has it so I can go and pick it up.. it makes a big difference when somebody does there job the right way and helps people out if you’re gonna do something do it 100% or don’t do it at all so I appreciate that. Thank you.

This place is definitely the place you want to go for all your smoke needs. I mean, once you walk into this place, it's a smokers paradise. And if you love edibles, they have that to, plus they have exotic food snacks and drinks . My favorite drink to grab is this Canada Dry pineapple soda. The staff is chill and friendly and can give feedback on all the products which I like....cause man how can you sell something in your store and you don't even know about it right.?? So I definitely like that they know what they have. So please feel free to stop by and check it out for yourself. Tell them James sent ya.

Staff was very friendly throughout the entire visit, shared connections with strangers that felt like close friends, had no issues with any items I was trying to purchase. Everything worked right on the first try. Comes with a deal if you purchase more than one item. Fair prices. Quick and easy purchase with no problems whatsoever.

Rudy's customer service is AMAZING. He's knowledgeable and friendly! The store's prices & products are great, too. The parking is spacious. And the enviroment across the store is clean & welcoming, too. I definitely recommend checking them out!

Love coming to this shop,it’s always cleaned and organized which makes finding what your looking for easier. The staff and customer service are excellent, they will not keep you waiting and will do everything they can to help you out. Highly recommended!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer most of my questions. The place has a wide selection of ejuices (the reason for my visit), along with all of the typical headshop paraphernalia you'd expect to see. The person I spoke to had personal experience with a majority of the products I inquired about and helped me make an educated decision (thanks, guy at the counter!). I can't comment on the value of the prices because I usually order my products online, and this purchase was almost double what I'd normally pay for like items. That's probably just your typical retail markup, but I was still shocked when I saw the total. I doubt I'd go back as it's way on the other side of town from me, but considering my "emergency" it was a pleasant little surprise right where/when I needed it. Overall, I was happy I stopped by.

Must've seen the hours wrong on Google, and actually stopped by after closing. Someone, (I'm assuming owner or maybe a manager) decided to help me and some other ladies out anyway. That alone would get them more than 5 stars if I could. Clean, cute shop, friendliest staff ever. They have military/first responder discount. 10/10 would come back.

I never visited local brick and mortar vape shops because of their ridiculous mark-ups and was strictly an online buyer. That all changed after discovering Cloud Factory.

I've been a customer for about a better part of the year, before this location opened. My 15 min drive is now 5 and
extremely grateful they have expanded

They keep their prices at about what'd you'd find online, if not better. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and have always resolved minor issues that were my fault.

The shop aesthetics are superior to others and is welcoming. The inventory is never lacking. They try to harness feedback and make sure they keep stock of what you need. They have sales from time to time and also have a rewards program.

They try to do good by their customers and even opened up on Thanksgiving.

My boy Jesse and I are on first name basis, knows my usual, and always gets me. I am grateful for him 100%.

I cannot recommend any other local vape shop but Cloud Factory. This is a classic example of a successful locally owned small business. They got my loyalty.
