Ray assisted me as soon as I set through the door. He accessed my situation and had a solution within 10 minutes from walking through the door. He also rendered me the assistance of installing the battery and testing my starting and charging system. By his natural professionalism I really don’t believe my apparent impairment made any difference to him. Thank you Ray for you assistance.

Came in to replace my brake light and met Jenn, who easily took care of finding and replacing the light I needed. Super nice people and grateful for good help; hard to find these days.

THEY WERE AMAZING! I could not have fixed my front light without their assistance. It took longer than I expected, but the tech was so patient, and we had a very nice conversation as well. I can't remember his first name, but his initials are D.D.

Great service the Manager Jennifer I believe and her guy with long brades said his last name was Vietnamese Where both polite courteous and helped me fast !! Thank y’all so much they help me with a battery exchange and a part exchange right before closing

The manager Jennifer at store 4224 was beyond helpful. From the moment we called to going in. She helped us make sure the battery we ordered was in and provided additional support on extra parts we needed. She is extremely professional and very bubbly to associate with.

I walked in and Mr. Garcia new EXACTLY what I needed just from showing him the part and not even saying a word yet. This old vet thanks you kindly sir. It's workers like you who make this friggin marble turn the right direction.

The service here is outstanding! Came over due to one of our vehicles, not starting. Asst Mgr, Jennifer quickly took over and did a battery check, and checked the starter and conducted additional testing. I was very impressed by her level of dedication to me as her customer. Dominic is the best previously purchased brake pads and was having ridiculous amounts of noise from the brakes and Based on Dominic’s advice tried a better set of pads and the issue was immediately resolved. Dude knows his stuff and was able to do the replacement under warranty and saved me a massive headache!

Jesus Arredondo went above and beyond today to help me and my husband with our bulb. He was patient and kind, and he listened to my concerns. The first cashier that "assisted " us did not seem to care if we had the right part or not. She didn't give us the good customer service that we normally receive when we have gone in the past. Thank you, Jesus, for all that you do!!!

Jennifer and the manager took care of me after another Autozone location messed up by putting the wrong car battery in my vehicle. She put me first and did everything to make me feel valued as a customer. Thanks for helping me out and making things right.

Jen was amazing. I was unable to replace headlight bulb but she came out and did it quickly and with a smile. Definitely going back.

Chris O. was exactly the right person to help me! Another vehicle hit my car in a parking lot, leaving white paint scuffs on the front bumper. Chris looked at the marks, helped me decide on the best product to use, and walked back out to the car to remove the scuff marks himself. He was such a huge help and I am very thankful that he took the time to take care of me and my car.

Super pleased with our experience here tonight. Went to start my car and it seems there was an issue with the battery. Tyler was very helpful when it came to testing the battery and addressing the issue. We purchased a new battery and Tyler switched it out promptly. Ayedimus was also very helpful on the phone and assured us they had a battery and could help us even though it was late. Overall excellent and efficient service at this location, we a very grateful for their help.

Second time to have my battery changed in this location (78254 along Culebra), and this time I was attended by the manager himself, Mr. Adeymius V. He personally replaced my almost 3 year old battery that’s still under warranty, and did a quick check on the alternator — all for no charge. Amazing swift customer service. I wish the owner of this outlet would read this and recognize his staff. You got yourself a keeper here and he deserves to be promoted to Branch Manager. Will go back here next time for sure.

When good people come your way in the midst of the unexpected events, do not hesitate to show them appreciation. That is what on store manager called Jesus in your San Antonio branch did to me. He replaced my battery without even requesting for help. He even refused to take cash I gave him as he was able to resolve my problem during vacation with my family.
