Darian especially is the man to go to! AutoZone gave me hell selling me the wrong part 3 different times when I needed a new bulb for my headlights. However first time O’Reilly set me right and knew exactly what I had and took care of me. O’Reilly has a new loyal customer that’s for sure!

I was leaving Texas the next morning, and that night my daughter’s car battery died. I went to the Autozone up the street first and they gave me the wrong battery. Went to O’Reilly’s in hopes of finding someone who knew what they were doing. They got me the correct battery that I needed, and they even stayed open a little later to get me all squared away. Was able to get my daughter’s car fixed before I left town.

The person that helped me was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I added multiple items after my first request and he was happy to continue. I wasn't sure what I needed but he made things very simple and clear. This is a great location with a great staff.

They have a great selection of electrical connectors if you need to request something in your car. I was expecting to have to go somewhere else but was pleasantly surprised by their options.

My daughter was satisfied with the quick exchange of her battery that was under warranty. Unfortunately, they didn't have the copper brushes or the dielectric grease we needed.
This steering wheel cover caught my eye. It says it glows at night.

Stopped by today to fix a couple of issues on my vehicle. Donovan was super helpful. The store was busy, he made time to work all of his customers. He was very knowledgeable on how to look up obscure parts and offered really good diagnostic advise before buying parts. Definitely recommend!

My sister and I came to thise store because she was having to Jumpstart her truck this week. We were assisted by a gentleman named Oscar. He came out to run the battery test which showed her to have a bad battery. He brought tools out and removed the battery, sold her the replacement and reinstalled it himself. It was NOT the typical change out, due to all the newer technology in her truck. He never once complained or rushed. It's always nice to get EXCELLENT customer service when you're dealing with smaller problems. Give this guy a raise!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Yesterday afternoon my battery died but thankfully I had enough juice to make it into Oreilly’s. A wonderful young man helped me by replacing it ! He was so helpful, efficient and professional! I had my 10 month old baby with me and I was so grateful for the speedy service! Thank you !

I came here due to my engine light coming on and had just left an auto parts store down the street where I’d experienced subpar customer service. Jesus’ helped me and we discovered my input to check my engine needed repair. Though he could not check my engine status he explained where I could get the input looked at, how I could possibly find other methods to check my engine and to call the store with the code. He also explained some minor things that could cause the light to come on. He was very helpful, engaging, attentive, and informative. I just received this car and know it needs work. However, I will be coming to this store for parts, tools, and materials from now on thanks to Jesus’s excellent customer service. He went above and beyond!

This is the hubby writing, not the wife: Came in because LED flashlight that I picked up last night was very dim. I had not used the flashlight. Counter person put new batteries in - no hassles, no arguments - nothing. Nice resolution worth mentioning

These guys are pretty much always good. There might be a few bad stores around the country but O'Reilly's is usually my go-to. Fast, friendly and most importantly they are knowledgeable.

Usually I go here for the helpful staff and they always seem to have a lot more variety than other stores as well. If they don't have it, they'll find it and have it shipped really fast. If any issues arise they fix it no problem.

Great customer service! Went out of their way to find a fuel pump that would work with my Frankenstein build. Sometimes the wait can be a couple of minutes but it's worth it. They also price match which is great 👍

There were quite a few customers in the store and the team made sure to address the needs of everyone in the shop. They were fast and friendly. They helped me get the parts I needed in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service.

I'm never disappointed when I go to Oreilly's. My car wouldn't start, got a jump and headed over. They tested (even though it was close to closing time) the battery and alternator and a battery is what I needed. Always great service!

So I walked in to check my battery since it wasn't starting correctly. Elizabeth came out to help me right away and took care of testing the battery pretty quickly. She even noticed that my battery was from their competition and knew that it would still be under warranty. Rather than sell me a brand new battery, she suggested I go next door to have them swap it out for free. Needless to say, this kind of ethics is what has now made me an O'Reilly customer for a long time to come! Thanks!!
