I worked over-the-counter selling electrical supplies, but I’m familiar with all trades and the only thing that I would to Home Depot for would probably be free tacos if they offered it! Ted of Paint department is always doing the great job. He helps customers very professional and detaily. Hope everyone has same kind of way for serving customers.

I purchased a microwave and got a good price for it. Lowe's worker help me take it to the front and another lowes worker help me get it in my car .very nice people.

I had to return 2 totes that did not work for storing my Christmas tree. The employee that helped me unload the totes was so helpful and the return went quick and easy.

Staff is super nice and led me directly to where I needed to go.

We we bought leaf blower . Blow the leaves & l mulch and vacuum them up 99 dollar good deal.

The employee at the customer center explained the product I was looking for where they were and let other employee find it because the main box was empty. They tried to help me to get the product that I needed to buy.

Paint department though lightly staffed, always seems to handle the chaos well. I recommend self checkout to save time. Return policy requires receipts, so be sure to hang on to them.

I was in the HVAC-R service aspect for over a decade , you visit a lot of these types of stores while always on the road and service HVAC-R systems . You dread walking into those locations just the bad customer service you get sometimes through the day . This Leander location has always been wonderful, grade A customer service , always willing to help you find something , and think your not bothering them . In this industry you always stick to the personnel that helps you and you know is going to get it done for you . I always stick with one of the managers John J. , he has always helped me in the various situations I get into service HVAC units , very knowledgeable he always goes above and beyond to help me get the job done !! I have been in the customer industry for over a decade now , and coming from that side of the industry . I hope Lowes is taking care of him , his type of managers only come around once in awhile in our day and age ! That actually work , motivated and you know actually do there job ! Thank you John J . myself and my company appreciate you being the old guard of customer service !

The few times I’ve been here it was nice. Recent home owner so I need random tools and stuff so it’s convenient going here. When I do need help from staff, they have been kind and knowledgeable. I’ll be coming here lot more because of this

I really like this store. They have way better plants and variety than Home Depot. Please always looks clean and organized and they take good care of the plants. Great variety of pots too. Just a relaxing place to go shop for home improvements.

Great customer services of Cary and Jerry. They need to be part of the training team to transfer to other associates how to become a facilitator during the sale process.

This is great place for shopping gardening. Best staff for home improvement! Work hours are convinient. They open early and close late. If you forgot some items, you can always can make a quick run there due to their perfect hours.

Friendly Staff and a very well organized store. I was able to find most of the items I needed very fast. The return of the item was very smooth. The online order pickup Lockers are really handy and efficient.

I bought a Southwest Airlines gift card then paid for my flights! So excited we're going to a wedding! The salesperson was very helpful!

It’s rare to find real customer service today. I’ve been a small business owner for over thirty years and it’s fast becoming a lost art. Lowe’s in Leander is definitely doing something right. I dealt with Micah in lumber and found him respectful,courteous and truly caring about his customers. I’ve shopped there for many years and Micah is a refreshing reason why. Thanks lowes.
