AT&T Store

I recently upgraded my phone at this location, and the process went so smoothly. The reps were very knowledgeable about the product and it was the quickest phone swap ive ever had!! i’m definitely coming back the next time I am upgrade eligible.

If you ever need anything ask for Tesla, she is absolutely amazing and such a wonderful person with astounding customer service. Best experience ever, stressed over my bill and she helped me get a laugh and crack a smile. 100% amazing 5/5 stars. Thank you Tesla!!

Kris was awesome to work with. She was very transparent and answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase or upgrade their phone or services.

I went to this ATT store after having my identity stolen and my phone wiped clean. I was needing to retrieve everything I lost after the phone reset. I was distraught with all that had happened and at my wit's end. Natasha saved both me and my phone. She reinstalled facebook, which had been hacked, along with a number of other apps and functions. She recovered them all. She was patient with me, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel like she actually cared about me and my situation. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was the best customer service rep I have dealt with.

I had a great experience at this ATT store. I opted for this location after checking the ratings of the other 2 closest stores, and decided to go with this one as it had the best reviews. I can confirm that this is the place to go, and Natasha did a great job of getting me hooked up with the new service I was needing and was able to lower my bill on existing service. I always dread dealing with cell providers, but this was a nice change of pace. This will be my one stop shop for everything call related going forward. Thank you!

Natasha did a great job and was very helpful! She answered all my questions and provided me everything I needed, even while the store was in the process of renovation.

When I walked in the AT&T store in Leander, Jackie was ready to assist me. She listened and knew immediately what was wrong. She knew her stuff!! I was so happy she was able to help me. I've been to the AT&T store many times and never felt the way I did at the Leander store. Thank you Jackie!!

The people at this store were fantastic! and helped me with switching over from my old carrier. I understood everything before leaving. We are firstnet and they made that transition so easy. Thank for breaking it down for me lol. Go see these ladies they will do their best.

We just joined the AT&T family and there were some issues with getting our number ported over from our prior carrier (not due to this local store). We had such excellent customer service from Stephanie, Shazam, Val, and most of all, Jackie. Every time we came in, they never rushed us and worked with us to get our numbers transferred over. We specifically decided to stay with AT&T due to this store's above and beyond customer service. They were excellent!

I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful woman who assisted me in purchasing a new iPhone. She was a refreshing combination of professional expertise and good ol' Texas hospitality and humor. I had complete confidence in what she was telling me and how she proceeded to set up my new phone. It was a pleasure working with her.

The Sales Associate, Tasha, did a great job! She served AT&T as well as myself, the customer! I was upset and dissatisfied when I arrived at the store, but left the store happy, excited, and very satisfied. I feel that this positive experience was solely due to Tasha being so great at what she does!

Val was super patient, professional, and an exceptional seller. She got me in and out with what I needed and saved me money while I walked out with more in no time! This location has a great team theyll all take care of you!!

I had a great experience in this store. Shahzaib helped me with switching from another carrier to Att, and I can say he knows he his stuff. The whole process took only a few minutes, and it was a breeze thanks to Shahzaib.

Shazam was a very professional and kind young man. He helped me with transferring my number over he was very helpful and patience. He knew what he was talking about when we asked questions he answered with easy. Had a lot of product knowledge. Made me feel comfortable talking to him will definitely recommend and come back to him specifically. Great hire overall just SHAZAM just like the superhero.

Great customer service! Ikaika was very knowledgeable explaining all my options to me despite my million questions and Jessenia was amazingly patient getting all 4 phones set up. It was the end of the night and the end of her shift, but she worked an hour later than she was supposed to because of a problem on my end (I had frozen my credit and had to unlock it all). I don’t often encounter such helpful salespeople, probably because they’re all working at this AT&T.

Chris V. was on point , his customer service skills were amazing and he was very knowledgeable. I had multiple questions , he answered them quick and was confident on every answer . My job is also in customer service , he went above and beyond for all my needs. For all my ATT needs I will come here and only speak with Chris V.
