Today I had the best experience at Lowe’s I’ve ever had.
My husband and I went to check out for a ceiling fan and Elena was running the self check out.
Even before she helped us I could see her running around to help other customers and being very courteous. And then when it was our turn she actually recommended a different fan to us based on some personal experience.
She was SO helpful and nice. Lowe’s you are very lucky to have Elena around!

Staff was really friendly and helped me with an item I didn't pick up in time. They grabbed it off the shelf for me, helped me repurchase, and took care of me in a very friendly and quick way. Was super grateful for their help and making this such an easy process. Customer service had been tough these days, it was really amazing to have such a great experience with the staff at the Lakewood Lowe's. Thank you!

Giving my experience a five star I was looking for a brand new fridge and Brandon in appliances helped me and my family. His customer service was great. Made me feel comfortable didn’t pressure but also did a great job at selling. Thank you so much for all your help very knowledgeable and really nice. Thank you to the Puyallup and Tacoma Lowe's for making this trip 1000 more times pleasurable than our last experience, for listening and pointing us in the right direction and for just caring a little bit! Sure made a difference:)

If you come to Lowe’s and need assistance, ask for Chris. I went last night looking for a shorter screw of one I already had and he guided me to the correct screws. They were also metric screws which made the search more complicated (for me) but he was not fazed with the challenge. Chris is a 10/10 worker!

Lowe's has become one of our go-to stores for all household items. We recently purchased custom blinds for our entire house including installation and the price was incredibly Low compared to competitors. We were extremely happy with the results. The staff at this Lowe's are very friendly and helpful and take the initiative to ask if you need any assistance with finding items. We also purchased a Samsung Refrigerator and got a wonderful product at a great price with a 3-year extended warranty. It's also nice the store has a public restroom for those long shopping days. We love the reserved parking for Veterans!

I usually shop at Fircrest/Tacoma location. The Lakewood location is completely flip flopped different it is so different I thought I was at home depot for a minute no joke. lay out confusing to me but it's not bad. Employees seem pretty happy. I like Lowe's I would never shop there until Home Depot dumped Tony Stewart and Stewart switched from Chevy to Ford. That did it for me. I than became a Lowe's customer. They stuck with Chevy. Jimmie Johnson not my favorite racer regardless that Bow Tie means somethin! Thank you Lowe's!

I was looking for new table legs and one of the associates directed me right to where they were. Great service. They also have a military discount. Excellent overall service.

Jorge at Lakewood WA Lowe's was amazing...best customer service ever! I was the 1st delivery of the day on the day he said it would be delivered and the delivery guys were fantastic! Took their time let me clean out behind where the old stove was, disconnected the cord...my son was right behind them pretty much and hooked me backup...he's an electrician! I just can't say enough what a good experience this was...they've got my business!

Was just there and was checking out when someone had a medical emergency and I will say it was nice to see how quick they were to act

Went to home depot and no one could be bothered to talk to, left and went a few blocks up to Lowe’s where “everyone wants to assist” and will take you right to the product needed!!!

The people at the olympia store are amazing Albaquee, Melissa, Stacy, Eric, John and so many others keep me coming back for almost all of our projects needs. If it were not for this crew of people, Lowe's would not have my business.

I went in for a bucket and came out with most of my Christmas shopping done. They have alot of things plus a gift card center that rocks.

Great friendly employee throughout the facility. Was looking for a specific part and asked for assistance. The person who I saw didn't not know the part and asked another employee for assistance. Guided us to the right area. Great! Appreciate the tour. Many Vetran work here, and they love the environments. We chat for a while and recommend the right part for the security door lock 🔐 for the summer for windows and sliders. Thank you, Greg and Grant. Made my home security, even if I don't expect it to happen.. Made a great set of keys made for my grandchildren for their safety. Lowe's made my day completely ❤.

Customer service is better than Home Depot,,they actually help you to find stuff , no like Home Depot employees they run from you

This Lowe's location is awesome. I've never had to wait in line. there is always someone to help you and answer your questions. And so far everything I've needed has been in stock.

The staff at Lowes seem more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly than the other big home improvement stores. As soon as we walked in I was greeted with that sweet smell of fresh cut timber. The smell of newness actually made me excited to get going with our projects. We spent more time and money on this venture than we were anticipating but it will all be worth it. A staff member walked with us and helped the entire visit. Just like the last time we were there a few weeks before when we purchased a new entry door, security storm door, and all the latest technology hardware. We really love the Google nest video doorbell and can sleep better at night knowing our homes perimeter is being monitored & recorded 24/7 with googles smart i.q. outdoor security cameras to boot. Go to Lowes and you to can receive a great shopping experience...

I like this store. So much more of a welcoming environment compared to their orange logo rival. They treat women with respect here and the employees are always available to help. I also really like the way they have this store organized and clearly labeled. There have been very few times that I couldn't find what I was looking for by myself.
