Target

Target is clean and well maintained. Like many stores, the variety of choices is not huge. Most things are reasonably priced but it is still expensive. There is no shortage of staff to help. Nothing spectacular but fine.

I live in Tacoma, but this Target is better than ours.

Publicly it is a good store and all types of people go there, it's really interesting some trips there.

I've visited a lot of different targets in the kitsap and Seattle area, and I was really impressed today with how friendly and and kind everyone was here. Not just the employees but the customers as well. It made my day! The employees also seem to be very adamant about making sure their store was stocked and cleaned.

This Target is perfectly fine. It's clean, staffed with amazing people (Maya at the front end is a total favorite of mine) -- and though there are a few browning apples mixed in, literally every area of the store has a friendly face in uniform.

It's fair to be frustrated with long lines or long waits, but none of these people are relevant. Serious. These ladies range from butterface to whatherface, and half of them couldn't even get enough filters on their selfie to feel confident posting it on their profile.

Look, it's easy to get uppity and threaten a "bad review" (ooh, ooh, please don't do that, ma' ma' ... ma'am!) when your personality is 50 shades of nope... When you think everyone at Target knows you because you real popular around the apartment complex. But don't kid yourself with these bad reviews and all this nonsense.

Remember the whole "why did the chicken cross the road" bit? Well... If it ain't obvious, a whole lot of chickens once went to Target.

Went in today to do a little shopping with my daughter and 3 grandchildren. We started out time at the snack bar and there was a wonderful young man back there that was very helpful and extremely friendly. Later my granddaughter dropped the drink on the floor, we stayed to make sure it was covered until it could be cleaned up. The gentleman who helped with that was friendly too. Lastly, at the checkout, it took a little longer than one would expect but it was OK because the cashier was being extremely helpful to the person in front of me and was super friendly when it was our turn. I haven't been in for a while but I will definitely be in more often now.

Target is our favorite store and it has a great protocol system in handling things. They have been also super in the pandemic in taking care of everyone for their essentials! And they do it with a smile. But you better shop early to keep more social distancing and it helps smooth operation! Personally we leave the late shopping to the brave ones and we are in during the early mornings. There are some great options too if you don’t see it in the store , just have it shipped!

Always clean. Quick service when you need something unlock. And super friendly

I am definitely a Target junkie and this is my favorite one. I usually go between this one and the Target on Union Avenue, but I have an easier time with parking at this location. Employees are nice, store is clean, and I just always enjoy my experience here. I will sometimes order items online and have it sent to the store, and I have never had problems. Returns or exchanges have never been issues either. I hope Target never goes away because I would be so so sad!

Target always has the best customer service and has everything I need. I finally convinced my mom to download your app and now she's hooked. It's perfect because she just recovered from COVID. Thank you so much for proving the curbside pickup option.

wonderful experience at this local target. the worker that is named macy was so kind and helpful. i was trying to return some items that i bought and she made it so quick and easy. i will most definitely be coming back to this target!!

Cool place to shop, but I feel the workers could be a little more helpful as I've been here many times, and tried to find a worker to ask a question, and literally couldn't find one worker, anywhere, to ask a question, and I walked up and down the entire store, but then all of a sudden, they must have thought I was going to steal, because here is security,randomly acting like he is shopping in the section that I'm in, while he's on duty, and working, lol. And I hear someone on his walkytalky, saying something about keeping an eye on the guy in the toy section and I was the only person in the whole toy section, and it was like you think I'm going to steal, a dang Hot Wheel car, that's like $1.20, lol. No lie , this happened, and honestly made me mad, and I wanted to ask him why he's standing right next to me acting like he's shopping while at work, and you think I'm going to steal anything, but a Hot Wheel out of Anything, when I can buy anything I want in the whole store,, go find a real shoplifter and leave the paying customers alone, because that's what you're doing, so don't look dirty, like you just got off work, and tired cuz they will think your a homeless, shoplifter probably, and that was just my thoughts about it, and not everyone else's thoughts and opinions

Variety, customer service/friendliness, and clean. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Sometimes I'll just be chatting with them and it's not awkward at all. They keep the store organized and up to date.

We decided to get a game system on Black Friday. This was our first experience Black Friday shopping & I was very impressed. I’ve heard horror stories about crowds and chaos on Black Friday, but the folks at this Target had their shtuff together! They were on top of it! They managed the crowd super efficiently & effectively. Every employee I encountered was cheerful & helpful and seemed to be very well prepared to handle the myriad of logistical challenges that emerge on these high-volume shopping days.

Excellent customer service. William in the tech dept. took the time to talk products, target app, reviews, but also wasn't afraid to add his personality to meeting me. Mayra working the front end, already swamped with customers, too time to ask if I needed a protection plan with my wireless headphones. She quickly obtained the info i needed for extra coverage. Both employees went above and beyond.

It is always clean and has enough checkers as,well as everyone is friendly. I live close to this store but still went to the one off of 23rd in Tacoma because I was used to going there. After my 1st experience at the Lakewood Target, I have not ever gone back to the Tacoma Target...they have no customer service, only frowns. Lakewood is ALL SMILES..I LOVE IT!!! I even have my mom and brother going to Lakewood Target now!

Just left and I will definitely be coming back. I didn’t get the cashiers name but she’s awesome and looked out for someone less fortunate than herself. With all going on it’s great to see that some people have a heart!! Great lady!!

The in store pickup along with the drive up is extremely useful with my busy schedule. I also think the new rewards program is a great way to show customer appreciation while saving money. Thumbs up TARGET!

Your employees (and customers) are so helpful. I use an electric wheelchair and can not stand, but I can always find an employee (or sometimes a customer will volunteer) to help me. Also your aisles are wide an easy to move through.
