Amazon delivered the wrong mattress. I didn't find out until it was out of the box. I needed to ship it back to Amazon but UPS has size restrictions. Thought I was totally screwed but Justin worked with me and helped me get the mattress below size restrictions for a very reasonable amount of money. He would have been totally justified to tell me to bug off and figure it out on my own, but he totally didn't.

Anyone else reading this: DON'T TAKE A WHOLE MATTRESS TO UPS LIKE ME. However, the effort was super appreciated, Justin.

Such a pleasant experience today, especially during holiday shipping crunch time. As I waited my turn to be helped it was nice to see that, not only was the location well staffed, but the staff were all friendly and super helpful. I had attempted to go to 3 different post office locations before coming to UPS but none had extended holiday hours. I won't make that mistake again, I will just head straight to you first.

Justin was incredible in helping my school get a large box of ceramics to a school in Mexico! It was a difficult delivery/location but he kept us informed every step of the way to make sure it made it to the right place. I could not have asked for better customer service. I've been in this location many times and this is standard for them. I would give more stars if allowed! =)

We went to UPS store to get some documents notarized yesterday. We were helped by this wonderful young man. He was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Kudos to this young man for his politeness and awesome customer service.

I’ve been using this location regularly for the past 6 months but this last visit was over the top!
I had a car full of kids and 11 boxes that needed to be shipped out. Justin came out to me so I could stay out with the kids the entire time. He loaded my entire order up for me, brought out receipts and conducted the entire transaction from my drivers window. If you have the opportunity to use this location, you will be more than satisfied!

I love these people. It always new people though… but they hire consistently good people. And why is it cheaper to mail here than with my ups business account? Haha. Nearly 40% cheaper. Every time.

We came here yesterday at a busy time to ship out two large packages. The gentleman helping us was named Billy and he was so friendly, patient and helpful. I’ve had a nasty experience at the Mansfield UPS location, and refuse to ship important packages via USPS anymore. This will be my new go-to source for shipping. Thank you to Billy and UPS Burleson for the awesome experience! I checked the tracking just now, and both packages have been delivered in less than 24 hours. Awesome service!!! Very happy!

On this visit, I did not accomplish what I was there for. The lady directed me to their computer which wasn't helpful. I left and went to my regular UPS store in Ft. Worth on McCart & Sycamore School Rd and was in and out within 5 minutes. Mission accomplished.

Staff are knowledgeable and are easy to work with and do a good job explaining things.

This location is always super helpful. I’ve visited this location 3-4 times a week for almost two years a s even all the way during the busiest of days I’ve gotten great service. Store owner is super sweet. They usually have more than enough employees and take care of the line when forms in a timely manner. Thanks guys

I just left the store in Burleson. Billy was phenomenal. Help me with all of my 7 of my items. He even helped me find a box that fit. Super, super professional and friendly. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. I am high maintenance and he treated me like I was royalty. Billy is the role model and standard of which all employees should be trained! Great experience.

Dustin was incredible. Easily the best UPS store experience I have ever had. He is the manager and provides FANTASTIC customer service and follow-up. I distinctly had the impression he truly CARES about the customer and will go out of his way to provide whatever is needed to make your transaction/shipping experience work out smoothly!

More than satisfied with the service here. As soon as I walked in, an attendant addressed my needs, she was very helpful and patient. The assistant manager (Ashley) went way above and beyond as well, assisting me with a printing order. I was very impressed with their professionalism, prompt service, and kindness. I highly recommend this location.

Had a package delivered from out of country, package arrived extremely fast , thought it would take weeks. When I arrived to PU box, they had trouble finding it. Both the owner and another employee took the time to go through everything until they found it. (Had been put in pile of mail for the store).
Employees were very helpful & professional.
I may use them for a Post Office Box when I need it.

I rushed to this store just as they were closing to return a package to ship a order back to the store. The staff were very kind even though I entered the store a minute passed closing. Joseph waited on me and was fantastic in assisting me with the best least expensive way to return my package. I have used this store numerous time and am always provided excellent customer service. We've had to go in twice over the past few weeks for notary services. Super fast and friendly, in and out, even with a line!
