JASEN in paint is amazing, he helped us so much with a project and was super knowledgeable. All of his guidance and suggestions were greatly appreciated and he deserves a huge shout-out for being a fantastic resource. I'm so glad he was there to explain the different types of paint, primer, etc because it can definitely get confusing.

My brother ordered a clothes dryer for me from this location. The guy brought it but left me without a connected vent hose. He said he didn't have the right one and I could go to home depot to I guess purchase a vent hose. So now I'm going to go to home depot to get a hose which I have no idea how to install because this whatever can't get it together enough to have a vent hose.

Add: A nice guy came to reinstall the new dryer named Daniel. After talking to him I feel the dryer is good and working. Thank you.

I went to Lowe's expecting to find what I wanted and they didn't have no faucet covers when we just recently had that freeze but I went to trustee home Depot and they had boxes and boxes of faucet covers. They saved us!! Customer service is good at both stores but home Depot had what we needed.

We just left the curbside pick up. After waiting for our order I called the store to check on it. A very hateful woman answered and stated she doesn’t have any notifications of anyone there and she has a line of people in front of her. She put me on hold when a very professional gentleman (Brent) came on and apologized and stated he was bringing my order right out. He did, now raining. He apologized for the delay several times. After we drove off I get a call from Ben at Home Depot apologizing again explaining that he just discounted my order and credited my card. WOW these 2 gentlemen are definitely management material if they are not already, I hope they get promotions soon. (After they train the other employees first)
They will definitely be getting all my business.

My post is a little late but a few months ago, I went in for another attempt to find the correct paint color for the interior walls of my house. I'm terrible with names but I had spoken with a kind blonde woman who had worked a closing shift and helped me find the exact paint match! I told her that I had attempted to reach out to the company who had built the house two years ago but they didn't keep record of the brand or general colors they use for their builds. I even attempted the color match machine on the light switch faceplates that had bits of paint along the edge. She had suggested two shades of Sherwin Williams gray in the Home Depots version that are commonly used by most builders. Thankfully, the recommendation was a perfect match, she was my savior!!

I came in with lightbulbs to reference but was having trouble finding the right size. Jon and Michael were very friendly and helped me search the wall for the right ones. Definitely made the shopping trip a lot easier!

This store has very knowledgeable individuals at each of the departnents from plumbing, lumber paint , etc, etc.The staff helps you carry the items if you're having problems to the cashiers for you. They also give veterans a discount.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Home Depot for my home renovation project and was blown away by the customer service and vast selection of products.

First and foremost, the staff at Home Depot were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I had a question, a team member was readily available to assist me and provide expert advice. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find exactly what I needed for my project.

From tools and hardware, to paint and flooring, they had everything I needed under one roof. And, with competitive prices and frequent sales and discounts, I was able to get everything I needed without breaking the bank.

It was refreshing to see a business prioritize sustainability, and I appreciated the opportunity to make more environmentally-conscious choices for my home renovation.

Overall, my experience at Home Depot was exceptional. The combination of knowledgeable staff, wide selection of products, and commitment to sustainability made for a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. I will definitely be returning to Home Depot for all of my future home improvement needs.

Really only writing this review because of one person in the store. An older lady who worked for Home Depot greeted us, ask asked if we needed any help and told us to come find her if we needed anything else. That is the 1st time I have been in that store and received that kind of service. I hope it is a trend going forward.

Went here to purchase an electric ryobi mower and it comes with battery and charger. I was in and out "with my mower not burgers lol" no waiting.

I never really go to this store but I think I will start going due to the fact that they had more tools than Lowe's and with great service. Keep up the good work and I'll be back.

Well, I have shopped Lowe’s for 20 years, but I am pretty much a Home Depot guy now. They have more selection, and the prices are the same or better than Lowe’s.

Great store and location.

Prices are fair considering the economy and construction material Prices are jumping everywhere.
Very clean straightforward easy to find things in this store and lots of sales when you need them.

Didn't get the employee name. He stands out though. He was wearing an orange stocking cap & had a few tattoos.we needed help with a large order of wood and had him cut quite a few pieces. He took the time to give us well beyond excellent customer service. He didn't hesitate to get the pallet of wood down and loaded on a flat cart. I told him how I needed it cut and I stressed the importance of it. he understood and triple checked his measurements. Then when we checked out he had no hesitation in helping us load all this in a suburban. He did all this with great enthusiasm. Employee like this are the foundation of running a great store. Then are check out girl was time for her to get off work but didn't hesitate to take care of us with a smile another great employee. Comes from a great management staff.

I went to make a payment for my credit card and I was waited on immediately.

Came in for plywood and had and above and beyond experience. Thank you so much to tim who helped me out in the parking lot to load up everything. Very polite and respectful. Thanks again

My mom and I were looking for new appliances and we came across Judy Canady. She was amazing and so sweet and also very patient with us! Really made our experience amazing!
