I had the best customer service today! We returned a broken game we had bought a week ago, sold games for cash AND purchased a game... all 3 activities went without hassle and with ease!

Busy busy busy and I forgot her name but she was willing to help with anything I needed and everyone else had to wait. That's customer service. But by the time I left she had me spending over $200 good sales person too.

Great staff, and an excellent manager. You can tell the customers are a priority in this store. Usually have prices that beat the Xbox store on games. Also a great place to get accessories like headsets as you can often try them in store to see if you like them. More than reasonable return policy as well.

This is one of the few stores you can go in and feel welcome. The fact that they handle this store so well, and seem passionate about their job, really help that professional Gamestop vibe. Some Gamestop locations can be snobby, some can be run down. This specific store, though, is neither.
Whether you're familiar with games or not, they can always offer amazing suggestions, or conversations when they aren't preoccupied with inventory or another customer. Do yourself a favor and check out some of the cute merchandise, located to the left side of the sales counter.

I had been looking for the Metroid remastered game for a while and they had it. Made me a happy birthday.

The staff was really helpful to me. I bought 3 games . was in and out so fast my car was still hot on a cold day. Lol
