Just wanna give a shoutout to Abby for helping me pick out the right toolbox for my truck and for helping me load it. She had such a great attitude and was positive the whole time!

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because a super helpful employee named Dale took the time to help me find an item that was on a pallet on the upper shelf. He went above and beyond to help me despite the other employees and one of them was a manager telling him not to do it and basically they had the attitude that everyone was too busy to help me. Dale has common sense which is hard to find these days. Thanks for your help Dale. 👍

The customer service is excellent. And the department specialist can point you in the right direction, for your project.

Just wanted to add they're making great improvements on their customer service you should go back and try to shop at Lowe's again. They have finally added self checkout and now you're in and out within 5 minutes. And they also have great customer service in the store. This is a Lowe's that I used to know. I like to have experienced and older knowledgeable workers that have the life experiences to get things done. I needed help with my lawn mower and issues that I was having and the older gentleman knew exactly what I needed to repair the problem. 🙂 Wisdom usually comes with age.

NOT the customer service I am accustomed to receiving.Always have to wait in long lines. Simple solution is to have self serve check out. I have called customer service several times to help with products and long wait times. I called their main number and never received a return call. I called at least 8xs with no response. Your management needs to be fired or retrained because you will continue to lose customers to Home Depot which does have great customer service and quick check out times.

My better half and I had to get some items for home repairs about a week ago and, I am not sure if we looked lost or out of place, but the actual store manager offered us help out of nowhere. He was amazing and took the time to walk us through the store as we checked off our list of needs. Answered questions and made suggestions. This is how it should be done at big home repair stores. He never made us feel rushed. He made sure that our needs were met. We absolutely loved the hospitality and appreciated the help! The cashier, on the other hand, needs a little training in customer service and bagging. The young man did not greet or respond when we said hello when we walked to his line. He tried putting heavy things on top of breakables or overloading the bags. I just removed them and rebagged them myself when he didn't say anything or respond to my request to put in a separate bag. After we left, I realized that I had not received my military discount when I responded that I was a vet. On a different note, though, thank you again to the store manager! I have been in management and always lived by the motto: I will not ask or tell my employees to do anything that I would not do. This store manager definitely leads by example! You were beyond amazing, and this is why you got the 5th star back as it would have only been four because of the cashier at the end! We will be back!!!

Monique was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and a great ambassador for her employer. It made me job easy and enjoyable. Lowe’s has reasonable prices, organized clean store. Probably this one should be the model for all the others!

Sin approached us when we looked lost and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Jeff teamed up with her and thoroughly searched for what we needed. He even checked up on us later to make sure we were still be taken care of. Thank y’all again!

I was too furious to write out the whole thing. I met with Shana nd Eric today who's a manager. She was empathic, a good listener, and solved the problem. Unlike Jimmy.
Jimmy is not good at solving problems.
Appliances are expensive and should work out of the box. Thanks Shana for being a great example of how things should work.

WALTER in appliance sales was amazing. He gave top notch customer service and helped us buy the right washing machine. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was easy to speak with and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He is the best!

We were shopping for resin & plastic pots for shrubs. Good selection, prices were clearly marked. Cashiers were ready and waiting to help with checkout. Plenty of parking. That hotdog stand just outside the exit is incredibly tempting!

Love this place, I always will. Everyone is so nice, they don’t hover.

The employees are eager to assist without pressuring the customer, their very alert and attentive to their customers. I was confused about the product I was looking for and an employee was able and willing to help. In addition their products are always available and in stock. Their products are reasonably priced in comparison to other stores in the area.

Nice friendly place, have everything I need to get the job done.

We ordered a dishwasher online for pickup. We only waited a little while and a lady came out to have us move to the loading area. A few minutes after that a gentleman came out with it and loaded in our van. Super fast, headache free.

I placed an order for fence pickets for curbside pick up and I am very pleased with the young lady who came to load the pickets. She was very polite and friendly. I will be back in the future for sure.

I went to Lowes to pick up 10 bags of soil and the young gentleman ask me what I needed for the correct bags and loaded them into my vehicle and carrying on pleasant and polite conversation.

Returned some trim from a job we were finishing and didn’t use. The associate was attentive, friendly and made sure she counted the returns correctly. This was one of the fastest returns I’ve made anywhere.
