Kid in a candy store. Very helpful staff here and the store is kept clean and organized. Why pay more? Shop Harbor Freight.

The place is clean and well-organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. The tools are reasonably priced. I have yet to have a bad experience.

It's Harbor Freight. Most of the tools are affordable "one-time-use" with an occasional diamond in the rough. You know what you are shopping for when you come here. What earns this location 5 stars is the staff. You are greeted with a smile every time you come in, the store (and restrooms) are always clean and anyone there is willing to help in any way. I wish the customer service experience at other chain stores was more like Harbor Freight.

This harbor freight is outstanding to run by the current manager. He has gone out of his way to be helpful to me to find products when I know he’s busy. Great prices and the quality seems to be going up.

It's harbor frieght. We all know that we come here to get the tools we don't care to lose or break.
And they're not half bad tools for the price.

What can I say? My husband loves Harbor Freight. We shop here more than I shop at a mall. Lol.

Needed tools, always end up Gatsby a few things. This place is a toy store for automotive people.

I have never been to a Harbor Freight until a store opened up in Burleson. Honestly, I was skeptical as I feared trash quality since prices were so much cheaper. Well, I've been shopping here for a few months and came to realize that a LOT of their stuff is really good quality. Nothing is a 100% anywhere but they offer cheaper alternatives and for a weekend do it yourself kind of guy like myself they are perfect! I've saved so much money on high quality items it's unbelievable. Set proper expectations and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

The reason I decided to leave a review though is because for the first time shopping here I had an issue with a product. I think it was a manufacturing issue as I had bought two sets of jack stands when they were on sale and one of the pairs was a little different than the other. I went back today to hopefully exchange the item since I didn't have the box. I went to cashier (who greeted me walking in the door btw) and explained my situation. She said okay check on the shelf to see if you can grab one or I'll check in the back. By the time I got back with my item the manager was out asking what had happened. I took one of my jack stands and compared to display model and she said no problem at all exchanging it. She apologized for the trouble, did the quick exchange in register and I was on my way.

I'm still mind blown with the ease of exchange and on top of that the customer service along with it!

Just visited Benbrook store. No comparison between this store and the one I used to go to in Ft Worth. Help was happy & friendly. I was treated well & never felt threatened. This is the store I will go to in the future. Store was very, very clean & well stocked. The experience was like it should be. Above all, I felt safe & appreciated. Thank you. Denny age 76

I've always been greeted when entering and the staff is incredibly helpful. The customer service goes a long way and they are doing great. Knowledgeable about their products and I have consistent experiences that are top notch.

Not very well stocked for a new location but overall its a good store.

EDIT: Now that they've been here a while they are much better stocked and have a great sales staff. Store is always clean and well organized. I do recommend this location.

I went about 9:30 in the morning and that made it great. The store was pretty light on customers and I was in and out quickly. It is veterans Day and I am a veteran I was kind of disappointed not to get a discount on the $300 I spent there. But besides that everything was fine. Typical harbor freight.
