While I think it's imperative to have good communication skills, interact with the customers, and be personable, it's equally important to realize that it's important to work in a timely fashion so that those in line are attended in a timely fashion. Instead, I did all that waiting only to be told to leave the case of Zero cokes and return with my exchange. Frustrating!

This a great clean Sam’s location. I have been to several locations for Sam’s. This is one of the cleanest stores.

Christmas stuff was on sale along with many new year's resolution things.

Really nice Sam’s Club location. Store is clean sand stocked really well. Employees friendly and helpful. Lots of options to choose from and worth the membership.

Easy shopping experience. Quiet food court. Gas prices are the best. Also pay with phone so no lineup at cashier.

During our visit today, Christine stood out to us. She had an extremely long line, but still managed to deliver professional & friendly service.
I hope she is the manager in the Cafe department, if not she needs to be. Her patience deserves this & more!!

Sam's club is a good place to come if you are wanting to buy things in bulk. My wife and I come here to buy many things. They have pretty good prices. We also come to get a bite to eat.

I suggest getting the app to put on your phone and when you are shopping you can scan each item and pay for it through the app.

Then you can skip the check out lines

Great place to shop for bulk items!! We get paper plates & bowls there, along with our trash bags, for a significant savings.

I had a complicated issue with my membership and manager, Victoria, actually took the time to hear me out. She problem solved and fixed the issue. She could have given me a standard answer, but recognized real world versus textbook problems and took the time to help me. This kind of customer service is hard to find and is much appreciated! It will bring me back here, even though I have a Sam’s closer to me.

The Cafe is my favorite part of the store. The manager is on point and makes things run like clock work.

TAYLOR is such a fantastic employee! I often get pickup orders for the conveniences of getting things done quickly! Every time I come through and Taylor is the team member delivering the order she always has a smile and is so engaging and professional! Employees like Taylor are extremely valuable to have. I love the Sam's in Burleson, Tx. The employees are friendly and the store is always clean and organized. I love the fact that we can check out on the app, go through the check point, and straight out the door. No waiting in line!!!

I love Sam's club but there's always somebody without this Abel played Spock in the disabled spots but the store is a good store to go

Shop here every week for the past year, Not had a bad experience. Love the scan and go checkout. This store is always clean, but sometimes if you go real early, they are still working on stocking items and can sometimes be in the way.

Sams cafe employees are very professional! I cam to Sams just to pick up dinner from the cafe & the line was long as closing time neared, the staff remained polite & professional the whole time. Thanks Sams cafe staff for your kind service, you really helped this tired mama out!

I like this location. Had so many more things in stock vs Mansfield or Grand Prairie.
