AT&T Store

I’ve always been coming to this AT&T store even though sometimes the service isn’t great. However today, Alex helped me and my sister out so well that I HAD to leave a review. He did such a good sell that we almost bought the whole store. He had great banter with us and made the whole experience enjoyable!!

Alejandro was an amazing employee! He was so helpful and very personable! Give this man a raise!!! My daughter and I came in with a phone problem and he fixed it right up! Such a good experience!!!

I’ve been to this location twice and both times were great, they receive me in a nice manner and as immediately as I step through the door. Both ladies(I’m sorry I’m bad with names) answered my questions politely and explained everything I didn’t understand. I will be returning to this location if I have any problems.

Alex was kind and considerate of our needs. He made the experience of adding another line smooth and easy. In the past, other salespeople have been pushy trying to get us into the most expensive phones but he was honest about the product. Wonderful customer service, thanks Alex!

After having issues upgrading at Best Buy, I came to this AT&T to upgrade my phone. Immediately walking in, you could tell they were super busy. Miguel came up to me and asked me what I needed and put me on the list. Within 5 minutes, he finished with his customer and was asking me what phone I wanted and everything else that was necessary. He informed me of my options, additional care packages that could be added, and so much more. He went above and beyond, and I will definitely recommend friends and family to work with him.

Wasn't sure if I was going to try to fix my phone or get a new one. Aaron was very helpful and helping me figure that out and showed me how to get a new phone with a trade-in. It was a great deal he was very helpful in helping me with accessories, I needed. I appreciate his patience with me and help. It was a good experience all the way around. Went to Best Buy first but the customer service was not good so went to AT&T on South Burleson Highway, Burleson, TX.

I've been at att customer for about 20 years, and I love it, great reception. The people at the att store are very friendly and helpful 10/10 def recommend!

Was the best experience I have ever had getting my phone upgraded. I was pressed for time, and they got me in and out faster than I thought possible. Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure all my concerns were taken care of.

Extremely helpful and nice atmosphere. Customer service is something that a lot miss these days but this store definitely doesn’t.

Just moved to Burleson and trying to set up internet through AT&T was a breeze. Jose Rosales was amazing and very detailed oriented with us. He answered every question we had and helped us feel confident with the decision we were making. He is a rock star!!

The store was super busy but the staff operated very efficiently. Greeted people as they came in and assured everyone that they would be helped. I was able to upgrade my phone and get the exact phone I wanted. My rep was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and helped transfer all of my data to my new phone. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great customer service and help. Whenever my father n law, or myself have had issues with our phones, they've always been so helpful in trying to rectify the issue. Depending on the day and time, lines are usually short M-Thu 10 am to 2 pm. Thank you!

Amazing service! I called ahead to ensure they had the phone I wanted. From the moment I walked in the door they were super help. Especially Aaron he was patient and helped me with doing a trade in on my old phone as well as purchasing a new watch. He Aaron help me get the accessories I needed and I left very happy. Definitely liked how the manager was interacting with everyone in the store making sure everyone was doing good and checking on not only customers but staff as well. Best AT&T store hands down.

I know it's Memorial Day Holiday and wasn't planning to buy a cell phone, was checking plans. Very happy with Miguel who attended to me, very helpful and patient and informative. Ruth was the best lady I could have ever asked for I had went to Apple and they were just straight up disrespectful after I bought a 800 dollar phone from them so I told them I would take my services back to y'all. And y'all were the best Ruth is an amazing worker god bless her.

Seth did a very fantastic job on providing the best customer service possible for myself and my wife. She ended up getting a new iPhone 14 red and also we both ended up getting apple smart watches as well. Seth is very kind and very knowledgeable about the products. You need to give him a raise. If I could, I would do 10 stars instead of five.

Austin & Dylan provided excellent customer service and got a great deal. Highly recommend this store!
