Really nice sales people. I love going to Shoe Dept, because they have great prices and carry many styles! I just bought the cutest pair of New Balance shoes at a great price! I love this store!

This is where we get shoes for my husband. We've ended up buying the same pair of Skechers twice now. He is rough on his clothes, but these last about a year and the price is reasonable.

I have always needed wide width shoes. This store is pretty much the only one with a, well, wide selection of them at a reasonable price. Plus, unlike other discount shoe retailers, this place doesn't look like it hosted a rave right before I got there.

Employee was very helpful. They didnt have a lot to choose from in my size but she had my try on a size smaller and they fit and I purchased them. Great experience as usual at the Shoe Dept.

This place is great, reminds me of a really nice shoe store that I use to go to when I was a kid. I definitely will be shopping here in the future.

I love the service, shoes,purses,acessories, watches, tennis shoes,so much more,especially the fact they have layaways! I have purchased 4 prs of pretty boots,2 watches,2 bundles of socks, 3 purses (red,black,brown n chestnut color like brown) n I put them in layaway n paid on them for 2 months then got them out! I hate that others have had bad experiences their I haven't and I've bought shoes there about five times they are the only place that has Nike flip-flops year round famous footwear and academy does not and Kohl's and jcp are more expensive I'll be going back tomorrow to purchase my two pairs of flip-flops Im sure it will be just fine
