Kohl's

I took an amazon return here, the service person was very nice and fery fast. I spent a while shopping there. Their Christmas Items were out on display for sale, I feel the need for a new Christmas Sweater. Now I'm going to go back and buy a few of the items I saw.

Burleson Kohl's has the most terrific staff. Helpful and always a smile. Store is so clean and stocked. Was a good shopping experience during this holiday season.

When visiting Kohl’s Burleson this weekend, I had the best experience at checkout. It is so refreshing to have someone like Gavin. Gavin was kind, energetic, helpful, and fun. I was so impressed with Gavin’s attitude to work hard and please the customers. Kohl’s Burleson is better because of this fine employee.

Customer service was quick , no waiting but the lady behind the counter was not very friendly for working service desk. Did her job just fine but just the way she threw the packages on back counter was abrupt n as if she couldn’t care less doing the service. Store was nice n clean employs walking the store n wrkg we’re very friendly n out going. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. So it was disappointing not to have the same reception at the service desk.

I had a really pleasant experince at Kolh's in Burleson Texas. I was searching for shoes for my granddaughter to wear to her princess experience at Disney.I had been to several stores and searched on line. When I saw a pair on line at Khol's that were perfect. I headed there. They didn't have her size. I saw an employee and stopped and asked for help. Her name was Alyxza. She took control and ordered the shoes applied my coupons and saved me money. She is a very kind person and I am grateful for this exceptional empoyee. As I left another man had stepped up and asked for help...she said yes sir, I can help you. Bless you Alyxza.

The store is always so clean and the Amazon return section is easy to get to and always friendly staff.

Easy to find products in the store love the way they knew layout is.

Went to customer service to return my Amazon. Young person running the desk was pleasant and fast. Looks like the entire store had specials for back to school.

Destiny was extremely nice and found the exact color of matte foundation/powder to match my skin tone!

Great selection, friendly staff, clean store and easy to move around. Some other department stores over stuff the isles and common areas with merchandise and it is hard to move around with a cart.

I am giving a 5 star because their Store Associate Simone was so friendly and helpful!

Lots of great sales on shoes and I love going and looking at the clearance section for work clothing as they have upscale items for low prices. And I really like the kohl's cash
