Came in today Sunday 7-7-23 at noon Lisa was amazing as soon as I walked in she helped I was in and out with no issues. Her customer service skills are on point!

Joyce was so wonderful!!!! I called looking for a specific size of scrubs and she took the time to find the scrubs and put them aside for me. When I arrived today, she was able to seamlessly process my return and exchange my new order! We even had time for a great conversation, it was lovely and so quick and easy!!! Was in a pinch, and needed scrubs ASAP. This store has a wide selection and staff were very helpful! Adrianne in particular, was very helpful, friendly, and efficient! Will come here again for future needs!

I had several transactions with two different stores buying 3 pairs of scrubs. However, I primarily delt with the frisco store when it came to ordering the last pair. I came in and returned a different color and style which came out as an even exchange because what I ordered was the same price even though it was a different brand and color. Fast forward 2 weeks my order never came in. I came in to find out what the SNAFU was all about. Apparently the previous manager didn't order my scrubs.
KIKI and RHONDA fixed the problem immediately. Implementing exceptional customer service with the right attitude ! Thank you

I just picked up a order I placed. I ended up exchanging the pants for a different style which is normally a mess, but the ladies were fantastic. Key Key is amazing. She is professional, efficient and knows her stuff. She had me out the door quick and honestly made my day. Thanks Key Key!

This is the second time I’ve come in here and the girls here are amazing! Kiki and Kirsten are super sweet and helped me quickly find exactly what I needed, so I could run on to my next adventure! I really like the new location, and will be back!

Excellent customer service at Scrubs and Beyond at the Frisco! Kiki and Chelsea were very knowledgeable and took very good care of me and my friend. They celebrated my new journey as a PCT and made the experience seamless and very pleasant. I’m always going to come to this location because of them. They are very down to earth. Kirsten and Joyce are amazing assets at this establishment. They were very helpful and patient as we went through every brand and style of scrubs in the store trying to find what fit myself and my wife the best. They offered opinions and encouragement as we went through the journey together. Scrubs & Beyond should be proud to have these two associates on board. We will be repeat customers at this location due to the variety of options and the exceptional customer service these two ladies showed us!

Cant say enough great things about my experience today. I was helped by Miss Joyce and Keykey. They were very attentive and stepped in at perfect times. Amazing shopping experience! This was my first time shopping for scrubs, and I was clueless! Everyone is as so friendly and helpful! Joyce is outstanding!!! Not only did I get exactly what I need for my new job, but I feel like I made new friends. I look forward to shopping here again!

Joyce at the Frisco, TX location was hands out the friendliest and most helpful retailer I've met. She was able to exchange my scrubs for me and went above and beyond. I'm thankful I drove the distance to be greeted with kindness and helpfulness!

The only word I can think of to describe the experience I just had is WOW!!!! As soon as I walked through the door Joyce welcomed me in (with her beautiful smile) and gave me a compliment on how great I looked today!!! She is so polite, very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I live in Denton, however I was in the Frisco area running errands and decided to stop by to purchase a uniform for my new job! Joyce helped me today and was fantastic! She was so nice and told me I would be a great doctor. Quite possibly the greatest customer service I’ve ever received. Not many workers do their jobs well now a days but she definitely does. She was tremendous and whatever you’re paying her is not enough.
