Always love Michael's. The store is clean and well laid out. There is a breadth of selection and yet it avoids that cluttered feeling so many craft stores have.

I needed a leather hole punch and it appears to be the only store in Pittsburgh that had it in stock. This store is huge and awesome. If they don't have what you need for special projects, no one does. I highly recommend this store to anyone who has any projects that pertain to art or school projects should visit this store.

Michael's has SO much merchandise and everything is always on sale!! If it isn't you can find a 20% off regular priced items online. Everyone is helpful and friendly and they really know where every little trinket is located. Impressive!

I love Michaels, I am an artsy fartsy ( hopefully more artsy and not so fartsy) type, and I always make note of the nearest Michaels to me. They are all pretty much the same in terms of stock, which is nice. This one was a little thinly populated, but I pretty much know my way around, so not a big deal. I was looking for something exotic (playing marbles, I know, archaic!) and they didn't have them, but the ladies working there were pretty nice.

I'm having a cross stitch birth sampler framed. I have always been satisfied with the result! The Store is generally equipped with all of a crafters needs!

This rating is reflective of using as a UPS package drop off location.

It is a little unclear what to do when you walk in but you go to the cash register area. Then one of the cashiers will scan your package and after signing, you will be on your way.

Extended hours are helpful, so would recommend this highly for convenience.

I love this store. I could spend a large amount of money in here. They always have such cute things. The staff is very helpful.

This location seems to be a bit older and smaller but still offered a lot of merchandise. I did have to dig behind some empty boxes to find the item I was looking for but it was there unlike the other nearby locations where it was out of stock. The checkout experience was quick and a cashier was friendly.

I walked in looking for a gold paint marker and a clock kit. I found an associate and asked. She stopped what she was doing and took me to the items. She told me the aisle numbers where the items would be. Sure enough, both items were in the aisles she said they would be.

I wish I could remember her name. She was a middle aged brunette. It is great to know she takes pride in her work at Michael's when so many other places blame covid for employees who don't know their items or location and don't bother helping.

Though check out lines were long when I got to the front 3 more registers opened and I was out in a jiffy. Also love that all aisles are very well labeled with what they have on the shelves. I was looking for glitter and sure enough, there it was on an aisle label. Great and good sales.

Great customer service, and all the items I needed were in stock. Store is clean and organized.

We went shopping to induce labor, but we did find some great scented candles in the walkway, and the children looked at the kids crafts. We decided to return later to start a few craft workshops. Nice store, very polite staff.

I had no idea Michael's sold fabric.
I can't stop. I've purchased every one I can find at every other craft store, now it's Michael's turn!

This location is always so clean and well stocked. Prices and sales are great and the employees are always helpful. I've even done online ordering with store pick up and it was smooth and easy.

Tons of great crafting supplies! More expensive than online shops but great customer support when your need something quick!

Love this store, I come here for all my home decor ideas, and for wreathes for my sons resting place. The team us super helpful and caring

Michaels has more yarn than you can shake a stick at! On more than one occasion, I've walked into Michaels for a quick stop 'n' grab, & nine hours later the workers are (POLITELY!) ushering me to the door! Ha! My wife & daughters try to hide my keys from me, but I always find them. My wife will say, "My God, Clyde! Can't you see what this is doing to our family?!" But I just smile & tell them, "Don't wait up!" Do you like scrapbooking, bookscrapping, & discount decorations for holidays that have just passed? Well then, buddy, have I got just the place for you! (This place, I mean, if that wasn't clear.)
