Jessica, a worker here is AMAZING, she speaks Spanish and English and really explain everything that has to do with phones very well! She’s very polite and does everything fast and efficient! She knows a lot of both Android and IOS Apple phones and she can give you the best choice whether you want Android or Apple, she knows the best choice!

Nice little store, plenty of phones and accessories to buy. And while there you can hop next door literally, as they are connected pretty much, and try one of their world class subs. Worth a visit.

Rob went above and beyond to help me with issues I was having with my daughters phone. He stayed an hour after close to talk with customer service to help resolve the problem. He did everything he could to make sure she had her phone working asap. Can’t say enough. All the help was greatly appreciated!!!

I needed to upgrade my phone and really was not looking forward to it. Robert took great care of me and really made the whole process seamless. His family has been business owners for decades in Brighton, no doubt because of the great customer service.

I have been with Boost mobile for over 5 years. Very affordable. Bob at the store is extremely helpful. Always takes time with me to explain the newer phones. Boost mobile is a good company and very helpful also when I have had to contact them.

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones to a plan with hotspot and even not being trained much on hotspots the girl working was able to answer our questions and upgraded our plan, sell a phone to another customer and take a paymebt from another. Not many people can multitask like that and she was great.

Life savers! They took care of an issue that Boost Tech support couldn't figure out for over 3 weeks and 6 hours on the phone!!! When your child is hours away at school, it is important to have a phone.. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
