AT&T Store

The gentleman that helped us at the AT&T store in Montpelier. Vermont on Main Street yesterday was phenomenl His customer service skills we're fantastic? He went above and beyond to help us out yesterday. Because I needed a new phone. The gentleman that helped us out yesterday. Deserves a Pay raise Or a bonus because he is fantastic. I cannot remember his name, but he worked yesterday. At the AT&T store in Montpelier Vermont on Main Street. The other thing that I would like to mention is this location that I'm speaking of needs an updated debit credit card machine. The one that you have there is that store is terrible. That is my only complaint.

If you get the $40 phone & pre paid and card ( ¡ OF THAT NETWORK ! ) from some where else they will help you to connect it. There is more than one store in the area but these people are nice and helpful. The other shop said no so we didn't go there. After my friend was finished I changed from my old provider and got the s23+ with the max plan and everything offered. If the other store or provider said yes 1st we would have went there and my provider would have been a different company. It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice !

The other store of the same brand did not want to help a 92 year old veteran and neither did the other services provider.

Customer service keeps customers. I will be back with another person that wants a good enough phone. After he learns how to use it ( if he ever does ) the customer will want to upgrade later. But why give your money to businesses that aren't welcoming ?

This place was nice to us. Being nice and helpful turned a pre paid phone and card in to 2 auto pay plans so far.

Tanner switched my accounts from Verizon to AT&T. It was very challenging. The Verizon app for providing the transport pin wasn’t working. Tanner and Shane worked for 4 hours to get my accounts switched. It was a very frustrating process and they kept at it regardless. They were patient and maintained a friendly and professional demeanor during the entire ordeal. I would highly recommend them.

Tanner is the most patient and helpful of customer service reps. He spent over an hour with me rectifying a billing error, and making sure that the charges were waived. He's personable and knowledgeable.

Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever received. I came in the other day with a broken phone and even though there was a line, the girl helping me (I forget her name even though I asked!) was SO patient, helpful and sweet, she was the only one working on a Sunday, I think. Helped me pick a new phone, took time to explain things to me and had a smile the entire time. Then my phone shipped earlier than expected and I ran back down to pick up a new case and Tanner was there to help and was also just super happy and helpful. 5 stars! Thanks for being really great, the both of you :)

Tanner and CJ were great! Tanner was so helpful setting me up with a new Pixel 6a and making sure I got all the best accessories at the best prices possible. Great experience! Thank you! 🙂

It was a great experience. Very friendly guy! Very smart and he knew exactly what he was doing. We were extremely satisfied on Sunday!

Recently had an excellent experience here, Jasiah was super helpful and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had everything figured out.

Tanner was great; that’s the big positive. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, articulate, and enthusiastic.
On the minus side, ATT provides no written commitment whatever of what we will pay; we just had to trust. Shoukd be illegal. And, we waited nearly an hour to be helped. But, it’s still head and shoulders above the dreaded Verizon!

Took my great-uncle to this store due to problems with his cellphone, unaware he was a victim of fraud. The store manager, Shane Anderson took great care of us and helped us through the entire situation, a process that took a little over an hour. He was a wonderful employee and very personable to his customers. My uncle and I would recommend this AT&T store to anyone, no matter how much experience with technology! A huge thanks to the employees and staff here!

I came to Montpelier to replace a cell phone that had been causing me trouble. I entered the store entirely unsure of how I wanted to solve my problem, and left more than satisfied with the resolution.
I was helped by an employee named Jesse, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he have well-informed answers to all of my questions, he worked with me and helped me tailor my decision to that which suited me best. He clearly knew what he was doing. Not only that, but he was also very friendly and clearly passionate about helping people in the best way he was capable of.
All in all, I feel like I made a well informed decision based upon his solid advice and expansive knowledge, and I definitely would recommend this location, especially if you're seeking an answer without entirely knowing the question.

Markus at the AT&T store in Montpelier is a genius! He knows the products, can get a good feel for what you want AND what you need. He devoted all his attention to making sure we left with zero questions, which doesn't happen often. He made it SO easy for my boyfriend and I to get new phones and made sure all of our stuff from our old phones got transferred to the new ones (if you've ever had to do it yourself after purchasing a phone, you know how much of a pain that is!) Awesome experience! I would go through him again in a heartbeat!

Great experience setting up a new plan and purchasing new phones at my last visit to AT&T in Montpelier. We worked with Eric and Scott who were wonderful. They handled all of the set up and answered all questions making a typically stressful and overwhelming event even enjoyable. Thanks guys!

The service was great! No complaints at all!

I had an amazing experience working with Tama Belotserkovsky. He helped me to get a better priced insurance plan and a better priced phone plan when all I wanted to do was add a number to my plan. He easily helped me to add the number and even let us pick the best number available. And he did all this while training another employee. He was friendly and personable and I would highly recommend him to help anyone I know.

Shane was great! I came in with low hopes of getting my device back to a working condition. Not only was he able to save the day worh my phone, he went I to my account and looked to see if there were any promotional offers I could take advantage of for new lines or plan discounts (unfortunately it's just me on here with an old plan they don't offer anymore) but he took amazing care of me and I felt very valued leaving. And with a working phone!

Tanner is extremely helpful and would recommend any customer to speak to him about phone needs. He juggled our upgrade while handling other requests with ease.

Tanner at AT&T Montpelier, VT is the man! Hooked us up with new gear, and fully set up, in a fun, friendly, knowledgeable way. This is how customer service is supposed to be.
