Aspen Dental

My mom visited here last week for an exam. The staff was very polite and compassionate. I was very pleased to see that the dentist, Dr Arora was very polite, caring and thorough. She made my anxious mom smile with her light humor. We were very impressed with her bedside manners and highly recommend her.

I was recommended here by a friend and before I could schedule as a new patient, I had an emergent issue. The staff was amazingly compassionate and able to squeeze me in! They were also very understanding and helpful as I had a very bad experience at the last dentist I had gone to. They were great at communicating throughout the process and helped to educate me on everything they did for the appointment and why, what they found and what it meant. I was very nervous but quickly found that all of the staff members are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and have good sense of humor. They were super helpful with creating a care plan with me and I am happy that I will be going here from now on!

Made appointment at 6 am online. Got in at 9.30 prompt.
Very clean, very professional. Communication all the way. Very anxious about the visit and further treatments I was well taken care off, felt heard and understood. I can highly recommend this office. Hoping to have finally found my dentist and the courage to stick with it.

Best dental office I've ever been to, and at 70, I've been to many. Clean facility, super friendly and helpful staff, and a great dentist. I hope I am able to continue going there with my new dental insurance!

I had a tooth extracted yesterday. The only other time I've had an extraction was my wisdom teeth and then I was fully sedated. I was extremely nervous about the process but Dr Tyler and his assistant Kylie we're so wonderful. They were very encouraging and explained every step with me. And the extraction went very well.

Aspen dental Barre was by far that best experience that I have ever had at a dentist. Very professional and polite. Also not degraded or looked down upon because I really don't take care of my teeth. I have never heard of this before but my first appointment was free. Can't beat that. Great job!

I was embarrassed about the length of time since I'd been to a dentist. This office of friendly, enthusiastic staff were non-judgmental, kind and efficient. So glad I took a deep breath and made my appointment with the Barre office.

Went in to have a top right cracked molar extracted. Had Novocaine administered by a WONDERFUL DENTIST Dr. Tyler Stanworth. He set me at ease and has a wonderful customer service attitude. Before I knew it, he had the tooth out. No cruching sounds no complications. He kept calm and cool which kept me the same. Just changed a gauze patch once and took one Ibuprofen when I got home. Had ice cream that night and chicken soup in the morning. NO COMPLICATIONS FOLKS. IM FINE
Also I want to thank the wonderful Exray Tech, Kendra and Dental Assistant, Kylie who were so nice to me. Thank you Kalie Molinero the office Mgr. for her customer service and proffesionalism. All dental offices should have someone like Kelie. It's worth comming 40 miles to have excellant dental work done.

TAYLOR IN BERLIN, VT IS AWESOME! My wife first came to Aspen and had such a great experience with Taylor that I asked to have Taylor for my visit. Very kind and helpful! I felt like she really wanted the best care for me as she took the time to offer sound advice and care tips. Looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing. I’m one of those adults that’s absolutely terrible of the dentist. So going to a new dentist for an emergency dental appointment was tough.

Everyone at the office took very good care of me. From the moment I checked in at the front desk to my checkout at billing. I have another appointment on Thursday and I feel like I’m in safe hands. Thank you.

They are kind, professional, thoughtful, and not nearly as expensive as I might have initially thought. They are really good at looking into payment plans, if you don't have insurance. Thus far, I recommend them.

My daughter gets very anxious when visiting a dentist. I was quite pleased with the staff at Aspen Dental Berlin location. They were all very courteous and professional, especially the dentist. Dr. Arora was very polite, thorough and made sure my daughter was comfortable. She took the time and effort to explain her treatment and answered our questions. My daughter is still fearful of the dentist due to her past experience but we highly recommend this practice and Dr. Arora.

They were very welcoming & very friendly during my visit. I wish there was an Aspen Dental closer to me though. I have a very over active bladder & that hour trip over & back is hard on me.

Aspen Dental’s Berlin office is top notch. I started going there 2019 and have never regretted going to them. I was terrified of going to the dentist and they immediately put me at ease.

Very thorough and worked as a team to make sure my dental visit was anxiety free. I am able now to proceed at my own pace in getting my dental issues taken care of....I highly recommend Aspen Dental services...I'll have my smile back in no time 😁

They are awesome. I was able to get an appointment within a week and they took care of it when everyone else was booked up.

Every time I come to Aspen I leave happy. My appointment said 10 and they saw me right away with no wait. As someone that gets anxious at the dentist being quick and efficient without all the waiting around is super helpful. All the staff at this location were great and very patient with me.

Overall very nice, the staff were kind and understanding. My appointment was to see what I needed to get done. They covered all nessicary concerns and even others not related to this particular visit. Gave referrals and financing that's affordable to me. Bless the woman who checked me out and answered all my questions (there was alot) cause I was completely uneducated on the financing. Very helpful,looking forward to going back. I would recommend aspen to anyone especially if you have a fear of going to the dentist first impressions are everything and they aced all my expectations.
