I came here because I had to get passport photos done. The process was simple and easy, and Esme was incredible. It took a couple of tries and she was patient and understanding the whole time. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't know why all these reviews are negative. I have been going to this pharmacy for my monthly prescription for the past few months and it has been amazing service. Everyone is kind and the pharmacist, Anil, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had my new insurance on file so I didn't have to wait for them to put it in (never experienced this before in my life - this was awesome). I think they are doing a great job!

I never leave reviews, but I shop here often enough that I feel like I should.
The pharmacist is always kind and helpful.
The staff is very friendly, and upbeat.

the pharmacy has consistently refused to fill my script for over a month now. they claimed it would be cheaper over the counter, and then proceeded to tell me my prescription was a quantity that isn’t available over the counter, it’s a prescription-only volume(10k IUs, you can’t get ANYTHING in that volume over the counter)!

My complaint is about an individual who works in the front and back (not a pharmacist or a pharm tech). They just ring you out. Stock stuff. Think his name is SAM.
Anyway there have been 3 seperate occasions where he has talked down to me. Felt very parentifying. Take a chill pill dude! My God. I get wanting to do your best at your job. But then there's a point where you r taking urself wayyyy to seriously to the point of obnoxiousness and pushing people away. Turning people off. No offense. I dont think you need to carry urself that way in order to be a good worker. What r u trying to prove? Either he is wayyyy too by the book. I dont even think he is. And if he is a goodie-goodie in a small town pharmacy. Well good luck. You r going to turn off alot of customers quickly. There are ways to get one's message across. Being harsh and rough and lecturing isnt one of them. I honestly don't even know. I have never even had managers or higher up's speak to me or treat me the way he did. I have never had anyone talk to me like that EVER! I have been a customer for years. Back when it was Rite Aid.

And yeh you need a crash course in working with the public. How to say things, the way you can word something, how harsh you may be speaking to people and how you may be coming across to others. Communication 101. People don't want nor need to be lectured dude by the likes of you. It's not helpful. You aren't just doing your job. There have been staff there way before you and will still be there after you who would never address people the way you do. It's Rude. Obnoxious. Parentifying. It's condescending. I don't respect those that don't respect me or show respect. I don't know what u think ur job title is. But give me a freakin break. You aren't a brain surgeon for god's sakes. And they have 💯 times better bed side manner than you do. What's makes you so special?
I plan to avoid him at all costs. And you all should too.

This wallgreens is absolutely terrible!!! I went there to pick up my prescription (app notified it was ready) when I got to the counter the technician stated I could not pick up the prescription due to insurance issue. I then talked to the pharmacist "Anil?" Who was extremely rude and condescending!!! I left the store and called back asking if I could pay for my medication out of pocket and "Anil" screamed at me on the phone! I do not recommend using this pharmacy if you are a transgender person needing to access hormone therapy supplies and medication. You will be belittled and treated like garbage. I have since switched pharmacy's to CVS in Essex and have had 0 issues. DO NOT GO HERE.

This particular walgreens let us set up a booster appointment, confirm it and when we drove over an hour to the confirmed appointment, there was just a sign on the flicking door saying it was closed for the entire weekend. Screw you. If you have to close, that is fine, but you shouldn't allow an appointment to be made and send a confirmation/reminder email thinking we are all set and then find the whole store shut down from the day before. You won't make appointments for testing or boosters over the phone so why would anyone expect to have to call after you got a confirmation to make sure that you are even open on your posted business hours.

Terrible service and absolutely clueless staff. So bad, they even tried charging me for the covid vax. TWICE lol. Then the pharmacist was in such a rush to get out of there he didn’t even give me back my CDC card. Avoid this location, and maybe the entire company.

I dealt with this girl Selena and i dont know why she has a job in customer service with that attitude of hers. She should probably find a new line of work

Avoid this place if you can. The people who work there are horribly mean. I have never had a good experience shopping here. The clearance section is very good though.

Randomly closes for days so you can’t get prescriptions you need. Also all kinds of other problems with the pharmacy. Not recommended.

Avoid Walgreens. Period. Avoid this Walgreens in particular. Calling to discuss an issue with the pharmacist resulted in being hung up on for asking to repeat a statement that I could not understand. Very poor customer service.

Didn't take long after they changed from rite aid to screw this customer at the pharmacy.

Pharmacist Anil lives up to his name. He likes to play games and thinks your dumb.
