I had a great experience getting my car detailed at snowfire yesterday. I was a little nervous that they would take one look at it and laugh because it’s a VERY dirty farm vehicle that my parents refuse to sit in. But I picked it up later that day and it was spotless! It looks brand new and so clean I’m afraid to touch it. Highly recommend!

This is our second car purchased at Snowfire. While I would normally hate going through the process of buying a car, Bill made it stressless and he was more than fair. He spent so many hours (literally) responding to our phone calls, emails, and even texts. He has followed up several times to make sure the vehicle is running perfect. Both cars were a major purchase for our family. Several times when we decided we couldn't "pull the trigger" Bill was understanding and empathetic. No joke, he actually looked at reviews of other cars we were interested in (that he wasn't selling) to let us know of the pros and cons. It was like having a brother-in-law car guy. I know that his goal was was to sell us these amazing cars. With that, as hesitant as I was, Bill was honest and understanding. I never thought I would say that I actually trusted a salesman, but here I am.

Our car broke down on the way to Middlebury and the guys at Snowfire took great care of us. The efficiently diagnosed our vehicle’s problem and explained all our options thoroughly and patiently.

Wonderful experience! I brought my CR-V in yesterday to have summer tires and wheels put on, oil changed and interior detailed. They did a thorough job and my car has never looked better! The staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Snowfire Auto.

Always wonderful service with a staff that will help you updated through every step of the process. The pricing is very reasonable, and I trust them implicitly with my precious cars. I have brought all of my cars here and have never found anything to complain about. I recommend to everyone that I know to bring their cars here and they have all been very satisfied as well.

When I moved to Waterbury, I asked Front Porch Forum to recommend a mechanic. Snowfire received the most votes (by far) and they were well deserved! The staff is super friendly, it's easy to book an appointment, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations in service time, price, and customer service. It's always a great experience.

Snowfire is hands down the best automotive dealer and shop that I have ever encountered. Not only did they give me a major deal on my trade-in and used car I bought a couple of years ago, but they treat people fairly all around. I went in to get my snow tires on and when they put my summer tires back into my car it made a huge muddy mess. When I called to complain that were very apologetic and offered to clean it for me. I brought it in the next day even though they were busy. While I was there, they seemed very very busy. I thought I was going to be there longer than I told them I could be. Yet to my surprise they came out with the keys in 2 hours and told me they not only cleaned the back seat, but they cleaned the whole car inside and out, replaced two filters that I had an appointment for a week later, put in a new key battery which I desperately needed, and gave me an inspection ( that I didn't realize was needed) all on the house! I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. I have such gratitude for them for taking all of this off my plate and for being so kind and generous. Thanks Snowfire!

I purchased a car for my daughter to replace one that was in an accident. This Company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. John showed us the carfax, told us all about the car and service history, was honest and very knowledgeable. No pressure and more than fair on the price. Great guy! This is the place to get a pre-owned vehicle!

The level of service, professionalism, and care demonstrated by Snowfire Automotive is second to none. This is coming from another automotive business owner-who unfortunately broke down over 4 hours from home without his tools! Breakdowns happen to everyone, but when you come in a half hour before closing, and are helped past closing, that shows how much people really care about their customers. We had car troubles start in the parking lot of a grocery store close by, and after asking another in the parking lot who he would recommend (he was driving a Volvo as were we) he said, "I'll take you to my mechanic," so we followed him. Our nightmare of car troubles outside of the comfort of our own garage quickly came to an end, and Dylan and the guys at Snowfire really saved the day. This is a true story, so if they treat strangers this good, their customers are very lucky. Thanks!

My vehicle broke down July 3 at 4:30 (we are visiting from Virginia) . These guys went above and beyond to help us, got the part locally and fixed it the morning of July 5th. They were honest about the issue and managed to save my battery. Highly recommend them!

Fabulous service, plain and simple. John acts like a normal person, as opposed to an overly aggressive car salesman. I came in not expecting to actually buy a car, but just to look at a few, and I left that day with a car. I could not recommend Snowfire any more highly. Simply phenomenal experience.
