Rabble-Rouser Chocolate & Craft Co

My local friend recommended Rabble Rouser, so when we were finally able to take a trip to VT, it was one my bucket list of places to visit. The place is pretty big and good amount of seating. The staff member that took our order was very friendly and helped explain some of the drink offerings. My raspberry hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever had! My husband enjoyed his iced coffee, as well. I live their aesthetic, their values, and their commitment to equality. The place was inclusive and safe, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Stop here while visiting the Capital. We order 4 chocolate and one coffee. Both were delicious. Especially the coffee is better than Starbucks and doesn't send you straight to the bathroom. Of your traveling or just around

This place is bliss. The people are SO nice, the atmosphere is so cute & peaceful, and the chocolate is amazing. So grateful for dairy-free options. I went in this morning for a Divine Dark Mocha and vegan maple chai truffle. The Divine Dark Mocha is dairy-free (YAY) and it was made with dairy-free/gluten-free oat milk (can also get it with almond milk) - THEE BEST MOCHA I'VE EVER HAD. The mocha uses their chocolate (duh). I haven't tried the truffle yet, but I'm certain it will be delicious. A must visit in Montpelier.

I loved the vibe of this place. Tried au lait (a new thing for me) and it was pretty good. They have a lot of vegan options as well.

Very nice coffee shop with fresh and flavorful espresso based drinks. A little bit on the pricer side for coffee but still worth it.

The most adorable little shop! I had bought chocolates from them online before, but never had a chance to visit the store in person. I love all the local art & products throughout the store. I had a breakfast smoothie which was absolutely divine with their granola in it. Kind staff. Good vibes. Will 100% go back next time I'm in Montpelier!

Amazing selection of chocolates. Went there to get some coffee but ended up buying different chocolates in addition to the coffee. Wife got their hot chocolate and it is some of the best I've ever tried. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and they are always playing interesting music in the background. The coffee is very good and they have a bunch of other items available including, chocolates, pastries, granola, CBD products, elderberry syrup & souvenirs. The shop is well kept and adorned by local art, which is also for sale.

Most unique coffee shop i have ever experienced. They have Bernie Sanders themed Chocolate Bars. How can you beat that?

The most important thing that sets this coffee shop apart from the others nearby: they don't charge extra for non dairy milk! It makes SUCH a difference to those of us that can't tolerate dairy.

Aside from that, the prices are reasonable, the staff nice, and there are plenty of things to look at while your drink is being made (really smart to sell local art and products inside!).

Great little Chocolate Shop with eclectic varieties! Cocoa, Coffee, Espresso, Cappachino etc. Tables for the weary traveller to catch up on work. 100% inclusive. Doggos that behave are welcome.

I am so in love with the pistachio toffee! EAT IT! Gat the $20 bag, you won't be sad like I was when I finished my 2 little pieces. Great bathroom, really beautiful shop. This shop was my favorite spot, super thrilled with the worker owned model as well.

Delicious espresso. I'm not expert, but i think it was the best espresso drink that i've had.

Have not been to the store, but found their Magic Chunks at a local bakery here in IL and just WOW. They are delicious. So satisfying and the perfect snack to hide in my office cabinet for an afternoon pick me up.

I love this cafe that covers so many bases! It's a unique location that offers access to different artisans from one storefront. The main attraction is the amazing chocolate creations, but you'll also find a coffee bar and crafts. The shop has evolved as they've been open, but the stars for me will always be Nutty Steph's magic chunks and the Pride bars! You really can't go wrong with anything chocolate here, just can't wait for COVID to be over so the samples can come back out!

Wow! Such an amazing atmosphere, amazing coffee, and amazing chocolates. I love that it is employee owned and bold in their stances and support for folks of color, reproductive justice rights, and more. Big applause for being the change we wish to see in the world 👏👏
