Shaw's

Price is high for most items, but you pay for the convenience. This is a great place for grabbing a few items. For the size of the store they have a pretty good selection overall. Produce section is a about half of a normal sized store, but I haven't noticed them missing any items. Parking isn't the best, but space is limited due to it's close proximity to downtown - I have never not been able to find a spot. They do have a can return, coin star, and Redbox at this location.

i use Shaw's not as my general supermarket but as place to buy an affordable lunch. The hard working deli staff do a great job preparung inexpensive roasted chicken. I also am very appreciative of their willingness to employ neurodiverse individuals. Those two things are rhe basis of my review.

Shaws is Vermont. You rarely see other grocery stores. This store is clean and nice. I think prices for meat are high and the store is a place that services a middle class community. It's main competition is the Coop a few minutes away. They have a big parking lot and it is convenient. People working there have been very nice to me.

Small, quaint market that sold all the items we sought. The staff was friendly and professional. To boot, they were giving away hot dogs, chips, and water to customers which hit the spot after our shopping

Great seafood choices (the best in Montpelier). Good organic food section and much cheaper than the Coop. Nice staff. Wine section is better at the Coop. Good selection of cut flowers if you need it!! Ample parking.

Shaw's is a store run by people who cater to their customers needs. I have never walked out of any Shaw's empty handed or disappointed. I needed tomatoe paste, they had it. Lots of it. I needed canning supplies, they had what I went for, specifically jar lids.
The store looked clean, neat, and was staffed well. Will I be back? Most certainly.

We love our little theater in Montpelier. The films are the best. There are two floors, two movies can be shown simultaneously. They have the best popcorn in the state, and offer nutritional yeast as well as Cabot butter to put on the popcorn. They offer candy, chocolates, wine, beer, water and fruit juices, too. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The prices are affordable, especially if you buy a membership. I definitely recommend the Savoy theater!

Overall a good experience a good selection. Clean, well lit & easy to navigate.

They are what you'd expect, going into a grocery store in the US.

Very friendly both of them. Berlin and Montpelier the management is helpful and the staff it polite and actually do their job professionally the natural food section is big and the deli n seafood the bakery are all great and professional as well I give a A+ lol

Although not been a mega supermarket, Shaw's is a very well supplied one, offering a wide variety of products of all kind in a beautiful and friendly environment. Don't go anywhere else 😀

We stopped on the way through to get supplies for a camping trip. The staff were really helpful and friendly and they have a great selection of anything you could need in a really compact space so it's easy to shoot around and gather things.

Helpful staff and good sales. However it's owned by a multi -national equity group and they are not allowed to have community bulletin boards.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! I especially like going occasionally in the evenings after work cause it's easy for me. The management is super cool!

Great store with great selection. Their online pickup is also convenient when you're awaiting test results.

Shaw's, shop there all the time, excellent health food section, greatly produce, I shop there all the time, need I say more. Oh yeah, I am handicapped, that takes care of that question. I go to both, Berlin and Montpelier, Berlin is bigger yet both cover my needs
