I was heading out to Vail and stopped for some food in Idaho Springs. There was a wait for our table and I realized I didn’t have a warm layer with me…so I found Canyon Trading Co and was looking around. I found a couple of sweatshirts I liked, a shirt for my son and some neck haters with neat patterns made my purchase and was quite happy with my scores.

I enjoyed the warmth of the high quality sweatshirt I had purchased and was warm all through the night—in the morning as the sun came out I realized I must have left my sunglasses in the store while trying on sweatshirts.

I emailed the store and sent a photo of me wearing the sunglasses pretty much 10 mins before I left them there inside a sweatshirt I tried on! I was so happy when I received a call from Colorado the day after I sent the email…they had my sunglasses and said they would send them to me!

The person was so nice that called me—I offered to pay for shipping and everything but they said there was no need…the sunglasses arrived In perfect condition—Canyon Trading Co. Customer service is above and beyond the standard.

I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone as they have a great selection of items and outstanding customer service.

Best clothing store in town. They’ve got a great selection - balancing style, quality, and price.

Over priced. Rude cashier.

I shop here for Beau Jo’s apparel, and I have never had a good experience. The woman with long blonde hair that I’ve encountered multiple times is always rude. Today she was complaining about hating this state, and how people who are waiting for Beau Jo’s to open come in there and walk around. Last time I came up I asked about a specific pattern I had bought before and she pointed from the desk, I missed what she was pointing and then she got up all annoyed and said “if you had looked where I was just saying”. She’s miserable and gives Beau Jo’s and Idaho Springs a bad rep… I also can’t wait until “she moves away”.

The woman at the checkout was rude. She made it seem like my purchase was an inconvenience to her. And she overcharged me for one of the items I purchased.

Went here after moving my son to Littleton. The lady was very rude and unpleasant stating she hated all the tourists and the town wasn't what it used to be with all the new people moving in. I said well why don't you move away and she said she wanted to move to Arizona. She was extremely rude and she made us feel very unwelcomed.

The service at this store was just hands down rude. Myself, and my family were treated with absolutely no respect. The lady working the store was short, snappy, and cold for no absolute reason. I do not recommend this store to anyone and that they need to change their ways. VERY. DISAPPOINTED.

Teller expressed how she didn't have much cash in the till to give me change. I told her I could pay with a card if needed. I then left and went about my day. Later come to find out she shorted me $30!! What the heck!

The cashier was extremely rude!!! We go in there to look around, I find something to buy, go to purchase and she acts like we were a huge bother. She almost refused to take my card for my purchase. Don’t work around people if you’re going to be unwelcoming!

The cashier was extremely rude at checkout. I left our merchandise on the counter and refused to do business with someone that disrespectful.

Lady running this joint is salty towards anyone who even mentions cannabis... highly advise skipping
