MAD Adventures - Clear Creek Rafting Trips

Our family had such a great time at Mad Adventures. Zach E was an amazing guide. We felt safe and informed the entire trip. Clear creek was our favorite float so far as well. Beautiful scenery and great rapids.

We just finished our second trip rafting Clear Creek with Mad Adventures. Both experiences have been awesome. They are very technical beforehand about what to expect when you get on the water. Once you are out on the water it is a fun exhilarating trip. You don’t need to be experienced, as they take great care and know the river. Will was a great guide. I’d highly recommend rafting with Mad Adventures.

MAD Adventures was mad FUN for our family and friends! The logistics were clearly communicated on where to meet, what to wear (and what NOT to wear), how long the trip would take, etc.

Big thanks to Olivia as our guide — she was awesome with the kids and the adults. The guides all seemed to be great and really worked well together. I know they do other adventures in the summer and winter, too, and we will definitely use them again. They do a great job!

Highly impressed with the experience with MAD Adventures with my family. From beginning to end, we knew we felt safe to have fun. Will was our guide- very knowledgeable about the river and fun, he guided our team through class III rapids, thrilling, splashing, rocks- the whole experience we were looking for. Entirely lively crew working here. The trip was a blast!!

Had an absolute blast! This company is so incredibly professionally run and they made every aspect very fun! DO NOT TRUST ANOTHER COMPANY - The waters were lower than usual and our guides were the ONLY ones that didn't get stuck. We went around 4 other company rafts whose guides clearly weren't as skilled as ours! Can't wait to go back and do it again!

Thomas was amazing! We did a beginner course somewhere else earlier in the week and we had fun. BUT THEN! We did the intermediate course with Thomas and, apparently, we only thought we had fun before. MAD Adventures was hands down our favorite thing we did on our Colorado vacation! Our guide, Thomas, made the trip an awesome experience. No worries whatsoever.... only FUN! Thanks, guys!

Great staff and tour guides. Our guide was energetic, funny, and made sure everyone stayed safe. The whole trip was very efficient. The free photos were great as well.

The whole experience was excellent. Great instruction as we headed toward the water gave me confidence and, once in the water, things went exactly as Olivia said they would - which again added to my confidence.

Super friendly, helpful, efficient guiding company. Daniel was our excellent guide and navigated the higher than normal River all the while giving us history of the area. Def recommend the full wetsuit package in June.

We had an awesome time!! Will was great! We would definitely recommend! Will gave us great instructions since we were first timers and we didn't flip the raft! Lol He made the experience awesome! Thank you!

We visited the Winter Park area and did two trips with Mad Adventures. Of them, Clear Creek was the most exciting. I have rafted more violent water before, but nothing near as fast as Clear Creek. Our guides - Joe and Tanner - were both great. I would definitely recommend it.

We took our 2nd trip with MAD adventures this summer - this time we had the pleasure of rafting with Max - who was by far the best 'captain' on the river that day! He made us all smile, feel comfortable, and have FUN! Absolutely wonderful and we will probably do this again next summer!

Such an amazing time! This was my first time white water rafting and already can't wait to go again. Would highly recommend going with MAD adventures. The whole crew is super experienced and did a great job guiding us.

What a blast!! We brought a crew of dads and teens out and had a ball attacking the river. Max and the other guides were a ton of fun and made a feel safe, yet still exhilarating the entire time. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at Mad Adventures. The guides were lovely people. Our guide Thomas was wonderful. He guided our boat flawlessly it felt very safe yet thrilling. I could tell we were in good hands. My teenage daughters had the time of their lives. The scenery down the river was stunning.

Got advice about the level of difficulty of the trip over the phone, and it was right on. Had a 10yo so wanted fun but not danger. When the reservationist suggested a trip that was “splashy splashy but not tippy tippy” I knew we had the right one. And it was. I am 70yo and Parker was kind, helpful, and considerate. Great equipment. Would recommend.

We had an ABSOLUTE blast rafting with MAD Adventures. I was a first timer and I’m so thankful we chose this company. Once we got to the river, it was easy to see we had picked the best company with the most experienced guides. Our guide was knowledgeable and made my first experience great. If you are looking for the best rafting experience, I HIGHLY recommend MAD Adventures. You will NOT be disappointed! I can’t wait to go back.

Took myself and my three kids(7, 8, and 11) on the Clear Creek beginner trail. Highly recommend the 3pm spot to avoid heavy noon other rafter traffic. All three kids said our rafting adventure was “the best day ever.” Having never rafted ever myself I was a little nervous about going but the entire staff made us feel welcome, gave us great instructions, and gave us a day we will never forget! Thank you MAD for creating fantastic memories, we still discuss our best rapids from the trip. Looking forward to going back soon!
