Buffalo right outside. Prices decent. Breakfast burritos and pretty cutting boards branded with their buffalo emblem $10-20 each. Very cool little place, family owned. Kristen was very friendly. Will return.

Been there twice now. And so glad we found this place. We will continue to get our bison there. Absolutely love this place. Total hidden gem. It's a must visit. Super friendly very inviting. And insanely tasty!

Karma was great. So very friendly and knowledgeable despite the fact that she had not been working here more than a few months. She did her research on bison and how they are raised here.

Finally stopped by on my way home from Black Hawk. Got some ground bison which makes the best meatloaf ever. Will be back for various other items soon. Gotta make room in the freezer. Friendly, knowledgable service.

Great selection, amazing meats, very happy to have them finally open! Brought home some amazing looking steaks for tonight, looking forward to being able to source local meat here in town.

Adam's meats take very good care of their animals. They are using #Redmond Sea Mineral Salt to get herd health.

Great food, and Kristen was very helpful and nice. The Friday breakfast burritos are delicious.
