Jennifer and Richard in the Pharmacy are helpful, caring, and very kind to my wife and I. We are new to the town and appreciate how they treated us.

Desirae, a checker/stocker also welcomed us, helped us, and made/makes our shopping trips enjoyable.

Great staff makes the difference.

Desirea is the best. I'm Mexican and have never been able to past the self checkout with out some sort of alarm going off. Desirea has talked to someone and I now can use the self checkout like any average José or should I say Joé?..... Gracias Desirea.

This is a clean store. The groceries were properly stocked and on display for customers to make a selection. I couldn't find a small container of milk for my two year old twins. I had to go with a larger one.

This store is smaller than the ones in Denver, Colorado which I can understand. I appreciate it being there. It helps families get some items that they need while in the area. The chocolate chip cookies taste the same as they do at Denver locations. That's good for business. They meet expectations of customers who love their cookies. I'm one of them.

The store was easy to navigate. One of the self-checkout machines was down. The parking lot was decent and clean. The shopping carts were readily available. The staff was respectful and kind. They smiled as if they wanted to be there versus having to be there to pay rent.

We came from Nebraska to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday and didn’t have a cake. We got to the Bakery and Maria helped not only find us a cake but went above and beyond to give us the best customer service! Thank you so much for helping us with our daughters special day!!

Good place to buy groceries. Pretty basic, but they seem to do basic well.

This store gets packed at times and patience is necessary, but I-70 has the same issue. The big difference? Most of the drivers lack patience and are just plain mean! This Safeway is full of extremely nice people that have patience. Good example: The Grocery Manager/ASL, Jeff Campbell, helped me with a task that needed patience. I had used the wrong type of payment on groceries... He gave me a refund on all my groceries, and scanned all of the barcodes again so I could use the correct payment. It Easley took around 10 minutes of his time, but he never acted annoyed or put out. Instead he was kind and extremely helpful. Everyone there always treats me kindly, and I can honestly say it's my favorite grocery store.🧡

We ordered large Meat & Cheese; Veggie; and Fruit trays from the deli in July 2022 and they were absolutely beautiful and super fresh! The person who created them clearly took a lot of pride in doing so!

One of the chain's smaller stores, but somehow managed to always have what I need. Much quieter than the store in Fraser where we live.

Thank you! Your produce department has gotten so much better over the last few months! I found items I looked for in 4 other stores, and found them, fresh and beautiful, in our local Safeway, which hasn’t always been the case. You guys are really stepping up, and it shows. Thank you!

I used to work at Safeway, so naturally I like this franchise.

They also deliver to my grandmother. Who at the age of 84, needs companies like this Safeway, definitely saves me time. If it wasn't for you guys I'd be delivering it. I see my grandma everyday don't you worry about that. I just appreciate her still feeling like she can handle everything on her own.

Quick in and out. No problems. No regular checkers on at that time but plenty of self checkouts.

For such a small town store, this place has great variety.

Really great fried chicken! Do check the dates on your frozen items but, overall a great place to stop for supplies. There is a Walmart in Evergreen down the road so don't cry about having a grocery store close to home! I live where there are none, gambling ran them out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large variety of vegetables, frozen foods, dry foods, breads and deli. Huge health, beauty & pharmacy area.

Had a huge variety of items. Prices were reasonable. I wanted to take all the plants w me on the way out 😂hahahah but I don’t need anymore. Everything looked fresh and well rotated.

Quaint little store in a quaint little old feel town, great options, good quality food... And the prices, a bit pricey. If you live here you get it, if not you're just passing through & it's not so bad for a quick restock. It's touristy for sure. Great views from the parking lot, if your looking for the Argo mine or for the ol' waterwheel. It's a great pit stop.

I wanted to give a shout out to the pharmacy. The whole team there was very kind and seemed very overworked and under appreciated. Thanks for being great I know it is a hard time and we were met with only kindness at the Pharmacy here.

Good location & open later than everything else in this go-to-bed early town so this prevented us from starving after a late arrival to Idaho Springs (late being 9PM). Clean & had what we needed as far as food....some local varieties in coffee, spices, and beer. No ice when we were there though but found some at a nearby gas station.

I really take advantage of their online shopping and pickup...the best way to grocery shop at home so you don't forget anything. The rewards program has me locked in as a faithful customer!

My grandson and I were traveling through Idaho Springs this morning on our way to Utah and as soon as we walked in, Brian directed us to our first stop, the restroom. Then as we walked by his check stand, Brian again helped us find windshield washer fluid. He made our short visit very pleasant. It was the best customer service I have experienced in a Safeway in a long time. Thanks Brian!
