Love going here as they have amazing finds. The store is organized and clean! You will always get caught up buying something you didn't intend to. Lol

We are really happy with any purchase here. For the price, quality was good. Staff at the returns/ exchange section were very friendly, professional and always made my life easier.

I like Kohl's. They usually have what I want and when combined with sales and other rewards, I get a competitive price for what I want. They have a wide range of items for the home as well as clothing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I never dread going to Kohl's, unlike some discount department stores we won't mention here.

Good experience picking up on line order in store. On line the Vera Wang Sand colored towel looked like a different color than it did in store. Will probably exchange this towel based on incorrect color.

My checkout experience with Rita was outstanding. She helped me reset my Kohl's password so I could access my Kohl's cash in my wallet on phone app too. Cudos to Rita!!

Despite how busy this place can be especially between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the shop was clean and uncluttered.

Brought in an Amazon item for return. Just the fact of having this as an option for returning amazon purchases, the Kohl’s customer service team is QUICK. Unfortunately I’m usually in a hurry when I’m there for this reason & don’t have time to shop & these guys (& gals) have me walking back out the door in under 2 minutes. AWESOME WORK

I mostly come here for my amazon returns. They amazon return people are all friendly and quick. There is usually no line, and you will be in and out in 2 minutes. The rest of the store is well organized and clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
