We live in the Woodland subdivision off Timber Dr. An EF1 tornado touched down in our neighborhood Sunday and while we we all out side cleaning up; a crew of Lowe's employee's stopped by with supplies.

Chainsaws, tarps, rakes, Gatorade, and water. It was pretty awesome!

I just love shopping at the Clayton's Lowes Home Improvement Store. The service is great and the associates are very helpful and kind. I shop here every week and I find a lot great deals. Shop here today. I love this store.

I bought a large quantity of blinds here on 1/7 and had to have over half of them (at least 6-7 sets) cut down to the right size. Cassie helped me out and got everything done in no time! She was incredibly patient between both cutting a ton of blinds (monotonous) and having my temporary Lowe's credit card code not work at checkout (annoying), and was so friendly throughout. I didn't realize that the survey at the bottom of the receipt expired after 7 days so I'm leaving this review here instead - Cassie, if you see this you were amazing, thank you so much for all of your help!

One of the Best LOWE'S in NC. I am a Pro Member and I can honestly say that the Garner Lowe's is one of the BEST in NC. This location is a little smaller but they will go out of there way to get you what you need. Almost every day I have some type of interaction with LOWE'S as a WOMEN PRO MEMBER and the Garner location always make me feel VALUED. Abby is my rep at the Pro Desk and she is on top of it always, the entire PRO SIDE is Awesome! I've even worked with Kevin over there and he made sure to take his time as I checked out with 88 light fixtures lol. All this to say, the Garner Lowe's make EVERYONE feel valued from the Mom buying plants for the spring to the PRO buying an entire roofing install lol, I should know, I am both!

Today, specifically, I received phenomenal customer service! From the customer service woman answer curbside pickup orders to the manager on duty who I spoke to about Leon (who Lowe’s should totally hire!!). Happy to have this as my neighborhood Lowe’s and go to for home supplies .

Please like our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. *(Electric wheelchairs avail on site.) Where do I start? I was on the hunt for a large tool chest on wheels. Visited several locations where it showed there were several available. Nothing. Called Hwy 70 Garner store. Their tool dept staff member, Crystal physically went to confirm they had what I needed. By the time I had arrived she had them all located and ready to pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Crystal in person, and she guided me through the entire checkout & loading process. I seriously thought she was a veteran employee but when I asked she informed me that she had been there nearly 1 year. She was polite, professional and efficient. I noticed that despite being close to closing time, employees were still performing well. The store was so organized and neat. The gals at checkout had such a great sense of comraderie. Friendly but totally professional. This surely is a sign of great management. Never have I ever felt like such a VIP customer at any Lowe's Home Improvement store like I did here and I have been to every Lowe's in the entire Triangle district. On top of everything, I had to 2 tiny tots with me so the efficient support by the Lowe's team was soooo appreciated. Will def be making this our pilot store for future business. Thank you Lowe's team for making us feel welcome, valued and served in a timely manner. See you again soon!

My only want is for Lowes to update their payment systems so I can use my Google pay. I always have to remember to grab an old debit card if I want to go here, couldn't tell you how many times I've been up at the register with all my time consumed choices of plants before I realize I can't pay with my payment method. I know it's petty but it's big to me. Having a payment system on a device versus carrying a card is the way of the future :) Everything else about Lowes, I love!!

Mark was a big help. He went above and beyond in locating RV antifreeze which was stored in 2 different locations. He also brought me to other things I needed. Thanks.

Lowes on Capital Blvd has one rude young black female with round glasses. Did not give me my military discount after I showed her my Identification that matched my name in the system. Showed her the receipt afterwards and she refused to fix it. Kept saying it’s up there. I frequent Lowe’s weekly, so I can read my receipt and see the discount. I know businesses are short of help but some people aren’t customer service material. I will not go back to that store unless I really have too. Last resort. Oh the very timid female manager came over and said no it’s not up there but was afraid to say it in front of the employee. My husband said just come on we got somewhere to be, so we left.

I LOVE Lowe's! No matter where I go the staff is always very nice and helpful (I mean there was one rotten egg but I won't blast her publicly). Their store was clean and neat and they had hand sanitizer for everyone to use. Lowes ALWAYS has what I'm looking for which is great and saves me a lot time and headaches lol. I'm growing my own garden this year and their selection of fruits, vegetables and herbs is great! I also got an aloe plant which is doing great so you know they take care of all their plants. I love that they also have organic seeds. Would I go out of my way to go to Lowe's..... ABSOLUTELY. Was I satisfied with Lowe's..... Yes. Would I recommend Lowe's to anyone for their garden needs..... ABSOLUTELY!!!

This store has an amazing customer service ever seen before specially James on washer and dryer service Lord have mercy he amazing true worker for Lowe’s.
