I had an issue with my bill being higher than what was quoted by an independent sales rep. I called AT&T customer service and wasn't getting anywhere. Even though I didn't buy my service plan through the store, Rob and Louis were able to jump into action and get the issue resolved for me on my bills moving forward. Outstanding customer service, I will return to this store for any and all needs in the future. Thanks guys!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Ashley as our sale person she was the absolute BEST! The first thing she told us when we came inside was the Black Friday Special also told us that they have deals on accessories and more! She then proceeded to pull up our accounts and tell us how much we can save if we traded in our phones. She also took the time to lay out all the different prices for each phone she was so nice very patient but best of all she made sure we were able to get the best deal I will definitely come back and visit Ashley again!

The staff here is incredible, very knowledgeable and friendly, I went into get some information on different phones and was able to get all the information I needed and some. Lewis and Ashley did and amazing job of helping me with my decision. I wound up staying past closing and they both maintained the same helpful and positive attitude as when I walked through the door. I will be back shortly to purchase a plan and a phone. I will be recommending this store to anyone who is in need of a new phone. Huge thanks to Lewis and Ashley.

The service exceeded my expectations. I had issues(major) with customer service over the phone and at various stores. Coming to this store was a true blessing. Not only I got ALL my issues resolved, those that I had for over a year but also left the store wanting to come back and become a customer again. Which I left for all the issues not with the actual service but the customer service all along. Thanks to the employees and store manager my worse experience with a wireless carrier changed. And if you look at something to make it better, they speak Spanish!

My fiancé and I were looking for a particular phone he wanted and luckily not only did they have it and upgraded his phone, they made a way to upgrade my phone and add a new line without the headache. They were so educated in their products and services and went above and beyond! They have 2 new customers and we will be back! Thank you both!

a very professional young man named Lewis assisted my wife and I with a purchase of the newest apple phone for her birth day. I bought every thing in the store that fit her phone. Lewis was the most professional and helpful customer service person I have encounter in a very long time. thank you Lewis.

Fantastic crew works there. I stopped by recently to open a new internet service at my house, and although there was an issue with a technician and miscommunication that was outside of the store's crew control, the whole situation was handled and resolved professionally, with pride and dignity. They are rockstars. I appreciate their effort very much and recommend the store to anyone with business or residential service matters.
