Dawn was awesome! She went above and beyond to take care of an installation appointment issue caused and made sure it was corrected before getting off the phone. Definitely deserves a raise!! Most helpful employee at this entire store location.

Our cell phones were living on borrowed time. So, we did our research and determined some options. We decided to stop by Best Buy on the chance they might have what we needed. We were fortunate to be waited on by Vincent. He listened to our needs and then worked with us to find a couple of phones that would meet our needs and our budget. Vincent then set up both phones, including transferring photos and files. It was quite a lengthy visit (about 3 hours) at Best Buy but worth it in the end. We appreciated Vincent's help.

Just visited close to closing time to purchase a computer for my daughter. Staff were helpful and very patient with me when checking out. The team stayed 20 minutes past closing to help me. I know this is not expected at the end of your work day but it was most appreciated. Thank you all!!

My "go-to" place for all things electronic in the local area. I've been going there for years now and their employees are all very helpful, though I do wish they had a few more in the middle of the store during slower hours. Geek squad members have all been very helpful, and especially the behind-the scene staff.

We moved to Raleigh and needed to purchase additional items for our new home. From stepping into this location we were pleasantly greeted and found the staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Best experience in a Best Buy we have ever had. Will definitely re-visit this store when needed.

Recently went into this store to make a return and inquire about Geek Squad protection on my purchase. Noah D. was outstanding: he took care of our returns and made sure we understood the coverage via additional staff (we ended up buying the extra protection). We looked at several things in the store and were constantly checked on by friendly associates, and not to the point of annoyance! A few times we did have lots of questions and each time they were patient, super helpful and knowledgeable. It was actually a pleasant experience which seems odd to say about shopping at an electronics store.

My laptop died on me. I get all my bills via the internet. It was imperative I had my laptop working. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and in no time it was up and running but my passwords were missing. They worked with me to fix this as well. I guess you could say they saved the day.

This store is larger and has more product than the one closest to me. The different departments have clear and large markings over the area showing what is in that area, making looking for specific items much easier.
The employees I felt with were friendly and willing to help find anything I was looking for.

There has been a decline in care for the customer altogether, and you see it, in person, when you call, and, when the only 3 people working all claim they are the manager. GIANNA was a SHINING LIGHT in the dim, simple, and careless pack of order followers that you have let make it through the hiring process. If you want to remain relevant you need to put her in HR or Management and let her train those rustic beasts, that you hire, that do whatever they want with no repercussions. I would put some people under her to learn how to operate as an employee. Before such a nice, smart, & caring woman, leaves your business of fools to themselves, to thrash around in the isles, stealing promo cards and saving them for their buddies..

Promote her to Management or you can slowly fade away like you have been as people would rather shop with Amazon, than to be told, “No” abruptly, by some fool you hire to represent you informally at the side counter.

Thank you again Gianna for exhibiting the principle of the Golden Rule: “Love your neighbor as yourself”. You heathens should get on your knees when she comes to work and be lucky if she shines light onto your ignorance.
