Please like & share our reviews! Wheelchair accessible but may have a little trouble manuevering around the displays.This is a smaller B&BW but that being said, it was not overcrowded. It was nice because I had heard that during the semi-annual sale I heard the line can be seriously long.
The employees were all polite and helpful. There were about 5 employees and every last one of them either greeted me or offered me help. They also explained to me how to use several coupon offers that I had received in the mail.
The prices in the store are different. I went to the store to avoid shipping. However, the price difference in the shop balances out the cost of shipping. I will probably shop online in the future to save drive time because I have toddlers, but for new fragrance lines, I will definitely be testing them in the stores.
This visit I was able to stock up for Christmas. There were items on promotion, 50% off and then there were items in the far corner that were reduced to 75%. The coupon for 'one free item with purchase up to $7.50', is for their trial sized creams and fragrances. It will not work on discounted items even if they were just $5. *(For those of you on B&BW Rewards- get signed up if you want discounts.)
All in all, I left with such a full bag that the cashier even double bagged it for me with a smile. This was such a pleasant visit. I highly recommend this shop. I used to do mystery shopping and if this was one of my assignments, I would have given them a perfect score. Every employee greeted and offered assistance,answered questions, price checked merch, explained coups, and just treated me like a VIP. Will def be back in the future! I wanted to exchange 2 lotions I received as a gift. I was doubtful that I'd find something that I'd like. I'm not a "rooty tootie fresh and fruity" kind of girl. Jergens, nivea, and Eucerin are my go-to. However a young lady helped me find two Aromatherapy scents (lavender, peppermint) that I like. My challenge is trying to figure out how much to use. I want to smell good but not use so much that I give someone a headache. :)

Prices are good, but only when you catch the sales !

Found gift sets for two of my daughter's female teachers. Staff was very welcoming, helpful, and nice. Selections were great and the store was fully stocked.

All employees were friendly and helpful. I was actually asked twice if I needed help finding anything. Check out was fast and smooth. Highly recommend.

Girlfriend shopped around, and the staff helped hide me from smelling anymore candles than I needed to

Wonderful place! Awesome employees! Wasn't upset in the slightest that the store had to close a few times in the past 2 weeks bc of the ICE and SNOW. Safety first!

(Not to mention, the DM and corporate are the ones who decide if the store closes. Not the employees themselves.)

The employees here are wonderful. There has never been a time where I am wondering “when is someone going to greet me? When will I be helped?”
Customer service is very important to me, great customer service will drive me back to the store even when I don’t necessarily need anything. And I can say that the employees excel at that. Very warm, very helpful.
It’s also a HUGE PLUS when you know me by name(Shalanda I’m referring to you!). Thank you all.

I am not a froo froo type of person but the ladies directed me to the fresh and clean smell spot. Enjoyed myself and did the buy 2 get one free deal for 5$ and change thanks to my teammate gift card. Awesome. Feeling good and smelling fresh! Ooh la la lol

What is there not to love about bath & body works. I mean come on. They even have a sink so you can try out various things on your hands and then wash it off. The candles are a little pricey but if you wait for a sale you can get them much cheaper. Also, if you sign up for their rewards every time I walk in I either get a free smaller candle or some sort of sleeve or something that I like. And the staff is super helpful

They Had So Many Beautiful Smelling Items .... Candles, Cologne, Soaps, Etc ..... I Will Revisit Them Again ......
