Everyone in the Kohl's store was very helpful. I found everything I needed. Jodie checked me out. She was so upbeat and had a wonderful personality. It just made my day to see such a happy person. Happiness is catching!

The store has most entering I need from Kohls. The store agents are friendly and helpful. I want to mention one agent specially who always stands out and goes out of her way to make sure all our coupons and Kohls cash can be found and applied correctly. If leaves us happy with a pleasant shopping experience.

KUDOS TO MICAH F for being a great example of cheerful customer service to the customer and looking out at the interest of the shoppers so we feel invited to shop at the Garner Kohls. It gives us a reason to come back and shop again at this store. 👍🙏🌻

Great experience. Woman name Mitsub helped me with jeans sizing. Took time and showed me where items are exactly located, look up items to see if they were online. Explained to me about deals and disconnects. Definitely coming back to this location. Hope to see her again!

I just cant say enough about the amazing customer service that I always recieve at the Kohl's in Garner. Dana, Jodi and Doc are three of the most exceptional employees at this location; however the other employees always give me great service but the previous three have gone above and beyond for me in different circumstances. That's why Kohl's is my most favorite place to shop because of the awesome deals, coupons and EXCEPTIONAL service from the staff. They keep me coming back time after time.

Jodie is the nicest most upbeat employee. She is friendly and she really acts like she enjoys her job. She appreciates her customers. 💕

I love shopping at Kohl’s! I love the coupons that I get in the mail and the cash back rewards as well as Kohl’s. Cash are always a plus. Also, I find that I can always buy were looking for there. I have a very satisfied customer.!

Went in for some items and normally it takes a little to get through checkout but now they have Self Checkout. It was quick and easy to go through the line and use.

Just had an amazing experience with Sales Associate, Jojo, at the Garner NC Kohls. She is: very pleasant and competent.
