Steve Bryant was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He could sense that we needed some guidance, and offered to help. He even followed up and made sure we found what we were looking for. I appreciate his incredible professionalism and customer service. Great experience thanks to Steve!

Every home improvement store around is running low on gardening implement it seems. The Home Depot in Garner had what I needed in stock and the price was even better than online. My cashier was a bit snarky, but maybe she was just having a bad day.

This is the first time I've been to this home Depot in Garner. I actually like it very much. I found exactly what I needed. It was on aisle 20 bay 6. I forgot to take my pick up but I took my small car instead. Otherwise I would have bought me some more lumber for my deck. I'm going to have to go back again today

Tommy helped us at this Home Depot and his customer service was awesome he made sure we had everything we needed to get before we had to pay and went above and beyond highly recommend!

There's always a Home Depot near by. Today this one saved me a trip to Costo. Lol. The staff at this particular Home Depot in Garner NC are super nice, the help me to find what I need it and made my shopping experience way easier. As a ROOFING AND FLOORING company, our time is money. Thank you to the staff. They were awesome today.

A big thank you to Sarah helping me with Blinds install. In the past month I had called several times and spoke with several employees all of who were not helpful and never followed up. Sarah was the only one to follow through with superior customer service! Resulting in me placing my order with Homedepot instead of somewhere else.

Got the fire pit that I wanted at a great price! Online purchase process was quick & easy and tge in-store pick-up process was seamless! Staff was very nice & helpful!

I purchased a lawn tractor and had to have it delivered to my home. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Customer Service was very helpful with the purchase, the team member that helped me find the exact tractor I wanted didn’t stop until I had what I needed, and the delivery person was very prompt. A great experience!

I bought lumber from this location and I was helped by this guy in lumber Dep. his name was Wilson. He first help me located the size. for me then helped me to get it down on the metal dolly then helped me cut it to the size I needed. I am telling you he provided me with a 5 stars service. I think this location is lucky to have him . Thank you Wilson in the lumber.

We lucked out with employee Reiland finding us in the plumbing department. He could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He helped us find everything we needed for our repair job. He even wished us happy new year. Thank you Reiland Home Depot is lucky to have you. I’d give more stars if I could!

My experience was great! The associates were very attentive. I was standing in paint looking on my phone and I was approached by the associate in paint to ask if I need help. I declined, but was very grateful that he asked. I wish I asked his name because I like giving praise where it warrants. The assistant manager was AMAZING! Every where I turned he was there to answer my questions and got the associate for the department to answer the question he could not. This lead me to interact with the person knowledgeable about lawn equipment, he wasvery helpful as well. He advised me to the item that hopefully will get me more bang for my buck and make my yard work easier. Now I know this is what customer service should look like, however I have been to so many places that it was the complete opposite. So when you get good service they need to be acknowledged . Kudos to the staff 12/6/2021 at 9am

it's weird that I chose "loved it," since a Home Depot is pretty much a Home Depot no matter how you slice it. but the last time we went in, it was snowy, so there werent any other customers in the whole joint. we had all of the staff people to ourselves, so finding someone to help us was super easy, and nobody was in a rush or seemed irritated by our questions. on a regular day I'd've given them a regular Home Depot number of stars, but our snow day trip was frankly pretty great.

We wanted a blind, had some questions and we got helped... No issues. Just be patient and ask for the correct person... Sarah was great! Thank you!
