Love Michael's. The people that work there though, I think.. and this is just my opinion, the store has more personality than they ever could. Besides the lady that helped me with ideas on a recipe box/index card box. She was lovely! The girl that I asked if I could use a coupon to save 2$ on two items however, was rude as all get out, like I was asking for free items like it came from her paycheck 😂

I can always find nice stuff here. Love the art supply selection, clays, beads and jewelry making items, etc. On this visit, I found exactly what I needed to decorate my guest bathroom. I didn't want fake plants, flowers or vines. I was hoping for dried shrubs and found some! Also some vintage-looking items.

A man at work named Martin was incredibly helpful at checkout. He aided me in my purchase when I was confused. I bought the most lovely sprinkles and had such a great outlook on Michaels and will recommend this store to anyone looking for crafts.

Great place for craft shopping. Items always in stock. I’ve used their curbside service as well and associates were prompt to bring out my purchases.

Had the best time enjoying the post holiday sale on candles! $19.99 each, down to $2.50!! YES!!

For anyone that enjoys arts and crafts, this is a great place to not only get supplies but ideas for projects. Flower arranging, painting, jewelry making, stamping and so much more. Pricing is reasonable so you will be able to get the supplies you need without breaking the bank.

Im so sad I didn’t get their name, but the one person working the register right now (around 10:45 AM on 2/13/23) with short brown hair was incredibly helpful and patient with me and I’m so thankful for their help! I had to buy 33 individual tote bags at a specific price point and kept grabbing the wrong ones, but the cashier was super friendly and I so appreciated it. Hope you have a good day if you see this!

Found a 20% of all regular priced items coupon so I saved $8 and spent $38.

Found something I was looking for in the clearance section for half off so that was cool too.

None of the jewelry clasps say what metal they're made of, they just say "Nickel Free", which isn't helpful when looking for a clasp that won't turn my customers necks green. Need higher quality jewelry clasps that label the metal!

Michael's as a chain is outstanding, but the location I was at had a few staff members that knew absolutely nothing of what the store carried out even where it was. One young man was so out of touch he showed me the shopping cart when I asked did they have a rolling cart (which was in the art section)? Overall, I love Michael's and will shop there again!
