T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I got a new phone here for my daughter and unfortunately ended up with billing for two unauthorized phones and 2 unauthorized phone lines in the process.Tyler understood exactly how to handle the situation and worked tirelessly to resolve every data, security, and billing error. He was 100% dedicated to protecting his customers and I was reimbursed for every penny that had been incorrectly billed! It's hard to trust most businesses these days, but you can be sure this one is worthy of it.

Stefan was fantastic in helping us with the upgrade of our new phones. Very personable, good attitude, and goes above and beyond. He was also very knowledgeable! He got us squared away quickly. When we came back in to process our trade in's Stefan was busy but another gentleman helped us (can't recall his name) and he was great as well! Recommend this location!

This was the quickest and most positive experience that I’ve ever had. Kenny is in training and assisted me with no problem to excellent satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team at T-Mobile for taking the time to help me during such a busy rush!

Trey was a big help in getting us a new line from T-mobile. He arrived on time and patiently helped us answer all our questions. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to change their cellular provider. He went above and beyond his job! Way to go Trey!

Great experience! Jaden helped me with a new iPhone 15. Had to order it because I wanted a green one but the process was super easy and both he and his trainee were super helpful and made the process painless!

Trey was an excellent help. I went to another T-Mobile before this and didn’t get the help I needed but he came to save the day. Everyone was so friendly and it was a great environment. I would recommend this store to anyone and I would recommend going to Trey since he helped me well with my experience. I went to the Wormans Mill store. Love these guys!

They greeted me as soon as I entered and got to work helping me bring my number over from Verizon. The customer service and price are way better. The service has been great!

I came in with a bill issue and Stefan was so helpful and patient in helping figure it out and cancel the apple care that I purchased although i already had protection through tmobile. He helped me to even talked to Apple to get the refund. Be assured I'll return to T-Mobile for my next phone

Ronald was fantastic, he explained all the benefits and took the time to make sure we understood what we were paying for. Absolutely better service and price than Verizon, will be recommending everyone to this store!!

I switched from Net 10 for the very first time yesterday and my boyfriend highly recommended T-Mobile and I absolutely see why! Jaheim was our associate who assisted us. He's very passionate about his job, tech, and helping those in general. I was able to successfully transfer my Net10 number to T-Mobile thanks to his advice, and it took much shorter than expected (was told 24 to 48 hours but it only took an hour)! Give him a raise lol, he's great!

Today we went to TMobile to inquire about some changes and upgrades on my family account and the customer service was great. The associate Trey helped us from the beginning in a professional way. He was super clear and open about any questions that we have. He looked for the best option and gave us even a free try out service for the internet service. We are looking forward to make the changes next week with him. It is nice to know that at TMobile customer service as a priority.

Went into this T-Mobile location today and a great experience! Jordan helped me get a new phone set up and transferred all my data over. He was polite, helpful and worked quickly to get me back on my new phone in no time. I seriously appreciate how easy this experience was. Thank you Jordan!

The manager Tye was great! I was on an old plan paying way more than I was supposed to, and I not only have a cheaper bill, but a new phone with an iPad and T-Mobile’s version of the AirTag! I’m so happy and won’t ever go anywhere else!

I don’t usually leave reviews (good or bad) but had such great service today I felt I must share. I wanted to personally thank Tye for his exceptional service today. He could not have been more friendly, helpful and really just a nice guy. He spent several hours ( doing everything in his power) to resolve some issues I was having and made my time there very enjoyable. If I owned a business I would try to hire him immediately. The entire staff was just a delight to talk to while I was there. I wish every store I went to had more people like them. Really just a great staff and Thank you again Tye.
