the price of the item I needed was less than 1/3 of the price of my local supply store...even after the shipping, it was still less than 1/2.

because i wasn't paying attention, I ordered the wrong item. an RA# was assigned immediately before I could even get done ordering the correct item.

Let me first say, that the customer service is as good as it comes. Not only do they care about the service you received, but they care about the quality of the product.....They are constantly making changes of improvement. This was the only place I could find a child's boot for my five year old who sprained his ankle. The emergency room did not even have one! The employees were very friendly and patient with me coming in with two small children. Their prices were very comparable to other online stores but I could pick up the same day. Will definitely use this company again. They are a lifesaver and my son is able to hobble around on his own now.

i had so much anxiety in purchasing the ankle brace my doctor recommended. Halli at orthotape was there to answer my many phone calls. in each call she displayed a sunny disposition, patience, sensitivity and care that was astouding. She could sense my anxiety rising with each new call and just went over and above to reduce that anxiety. i dont usually receive that type of service anywhere. if i need another brace i know who to call. i have not received the brace yet but i am sure it will be great like the service i received.thank you Halli.
