Busch's Fresh Food Market

I love this grocery chain, I'm from Texas so no Busch's there. I do love how friendly employees are and extremely helpful. I always feel like they are happy to work there. For me it feels very homey in this grocery store. Canton has the bigger store with lots of extras but I love them all.

Clean and friendly with a more local feel than super stores down the road. Robust deli and catering options, good beer and wine selections and all the typical grocery items you'll find here.

This is a very nice well stocked clean store. Today I called to see if they had a specific kind of you yogurt in stock. Kathy answered the phone and said she would check for me, she apologized for keeping me on hold but the department was not answering the call. After a few times on hold she said I’m sorry they are just not picking up the call. I thought that was going to go be the end, but, a few minutes later I received a call back from Kathy said they indeed had it in stock and to me the flavors they had. Thank you Kathy for taking the time to help me, you certainly don’t find that kind if customer service every day.

Great grocery store. The produce is sober of the best ever, the deli is always stocked. It's rare to not find exactly what you need every time.

Great selection every time. They also have to die for corn bread.

I am currently living in Texas. And came to visit my daughter who is studying at UMich. I went to Buschs just to buy the best original sugar cookies in America. Unfortunately they don't sell these delicious cookies in the southern part of the US.

Lots of choices. I just wanted a bit of food for carry out. The staff was friendly & helpful. Great selection.

I love this grocery store, always clean and a great variety. They have tons of gluten free items that any be found anywhere else. The only thing I am not a fan of is the cost of most items.

I love this store and I would recommend it to anyone! My favorite items are the Dearborn double smoked bacon from the meat counter, the dilled chicken salad sandwich from the deli (which I like best with a Cheerwine from the soda cooler) and the guacamole from produce. There's interesting beer and other alcohol to pick from, the store itself is always clean and the cashiers are courteous and friendly which I really appreciate. It's the best grocery store I ever shopped at so I hope you enjoy it to.

I ordered online and they completed my order early and accurately. The best part is when I went to pick it up. There was a delay and I waited about 10 minutes which is unusual. When they brought the order to my car they gave me a $25 gift card for the wait time. How thoughtful and a wonderful example of excellent customer service!

Our usual grocery store when we need something specific for a recipe/meal. Good location, easy in/out off Michigan Ave. Deli has a good selection and all the departments are staffed with friendly helpful people. Wine/beer/liquor selection is pretty impressive and well organized.

So much nicer than Kroger. Employees are firendly, asked me if I needed help finding anything and the full service meat counter is very nice. They have more local products than Kroger by far. Worth a little more money for the much better environment and experience.

This is a great place to shop. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Store is clean. Great deli and meat counter. Fruit and vegetable quality cannot be beat. Cannot wait for salad bar to return.

They ALWAYS have fresh turkey wings available. This location is as good as the others. I frequent Buschs because their quality and customer service reminds me of Publix (my favorite grocery store EVER)

UPDATE.
I called ahead for turkey wings one day and was told they would put them on hold for me. Once I arrived to the meat counter the attendant quickly retrieved my wings and let me know that if I ever think of my meal 2 or 3 days ahead of time that they would ENSURE that they had them and were thawed. That made me feel somewhat like a celebrity hahaha. I also wanted collard greens and the gentleman said he'd bring out a fresh box just for me that was in the back. When you're craving a fresh homemade meal and have a store that can supply you with QUALITY FRESH PRODUCE AND VEGGIES; what more can you ask for?!

Totally awesome store. The best produce around! Excellent, friendly and helpful employees always willing to take you to something if you cannot find it or to check if they have it in the back.

Busch's is a large grocery store with a small town feel to it. Everything is well arranged. The aisles have a comfortable feel to them. The store is organized logically, and I didn't feel any stress looking for my items. The self-check attendants are even responsive at the first sign of confusion with the interface.

This is my favorite grocery chain of all time. You can expect quality food and quality customer service. I highly recommend them. Not as expensive as those other high end grocery stores. One part that I like about Busch's is that they carry the brands you recognize, but they also offer other high quality brands that you may not be able to find at other stores. Also they push you to buy the local option which is always positive. You cannot beat their prices on meats too.

I have not shopped here in person, yet, due to covid. However, I did their curbside service after having used one of the big chain stores for quite awhile. I was overwhelmingly surprised. Not only did they actually fill every item on my order, but Grant called me and let me know that the order was ready. Then, because of a time constraint I had in the day, I called and was able to come in sooner to pick it up. The pickup was quick and they went ahead and put it in the truck without me having to exit my vehicle or even roll down the window. Fantastic service!

Busch's in Saline is a wonderful store. It's my mom's favorite store! Small enough for older shoppers to navigate easily, it also has the variety of a larger grocery store. Produce is especially good. Staff is the best. I love that we see friends who work there. All of the staff are kind & helpful.

Excellent smaller grocery chain with a good selection of food to choose from, even in their smaller stores. They also have some high quality items available under their own product line and I've enjoyed every one of there's I've tried. The staff have always been helpful and pleasant to us and the stores have always been clean, bright and well stocked
