AT&T Store

My dad and I went into this store the day after Christmas and it was packed with folks getting new devices or setting up ones they had just gotten for Christmas. We were surprised to find one very hard working man running the whole store (his coworker went home sick).

Terry (I hope I'm spelling it right), was incredible. He was bouncing from customer to customer, patiently taking care of each of us with grace. I wanted to make sure he was recognized and knows that he is appreciated.

Terry was a pleasure to work with on getting phones upgraded. He was very nice and knowledgeable with everything we needed. Definitely will be back for anything else we may need.

We walked in with questions… Terry had all the right answers. Ask for Terry by name if you are going to the AT&T store in Saline by Busch’s. Friendly demeanor, professional conduct, knowledgeable in every way… Thanks for your help today Terry!

I was having difficulty on the phone with ATT, so I came I to the store & the two gentleman working took care of what I needed, quickly & very efficiently.

Amazing store! I went in with an issue for my moms phone and Brianna was so helpful! She got me the best deal on the newest iPhone after she did everything she could to fix her phone. I walked in very concerned and walked out very satisfied with the service given! 5 stars from me!

Both Brianna and Terry were a pleasure to work with - friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My wife and I both uogrqded our phones and found the process very enjoyable. We have previously done business with Ann Arbor stores but for sure will be going to Saline for future dealings. You won’t beat their service!

Joe was great! Kind and Respectful, you can tell he is trying his best to make sure the needs of the customers are met with excellent standards. Terry and Morgan were very helpful with our need to upgrade our phones. They provided clear information, were friendly and fun.

Randon was very informative, we came in to add a phone line and ended up doing that and upgrading our plan. Our plan pricing remained almost the same and we went from having a 12 gig limit for 9 people to unlimited. Overall he did a great job at working out our plan for a great price and he didn't pressure us into buying it, he gave us plenty of time and let us think it over. He was very nice to talk to and I will always come back to this at&t store for assistance.
