I went in to purchase the CVS Brand of \"Sudafed\" and when I saw the Pharmacy looked slow, I asked for the RSV Vaccine. The PA was BEYOND sweet and polite and said \"no problem. While I waited for the vaccine, I purchased the Sudafed and the cashier was VERY kind! When receiving the vaccine, she was so quick and comforting.

Met a new pharmacist today in the store! So friendly, kind and professional! What a difference he makes behind the counter, Pharmacy technicians even seemed to be happier working though their very busy day with him! Thank you for extra time and effort filling my prescription!

Pharmacist Nina is Outstanding. The pharmacy was very busy but she took the time to listen and showed that she cares. She clearly is a very pleasant and compassionate person! ✨

The pharmacy staff who processed my family's COVID PCR tests was very professional, kind, and helpful. For some reason, my insurance didn't go through even though my other family members didn't have any issue with the same insurance policy. After many failed attempts and calls to my insurance company, it was resolved (not sure how exactly, though...). Through the entire process, he was very professional and tried very hard to make it work. I believe it wasn't a very pleasant situation for him as well, but he treated the situation perfectly. (I'm giving 5 stars solely to his service. I can't say for sure, but their system was likely the cause for my issue. This review could have been a one star review if it wasn't for him.)

Went in today for my prescription and found out it had been put on hold - pharmacy tech were very busy but polite and lines were long but I left with what I needed! Really grateful for the staff today, overheard that they were working understaffed - more than usual, since others had called off that specific shift.

It kind of cracks me up that so many reviews are about bad service during a literal pandemic.
I’ve always had good experiences with this location and the staff have been doing an exceptional job to cope with the changes that have arisen because of COVID-19. I’ve had a few brisk exchanges, but given the climate and the general awful behavior they’ve been subject to (and that I’ve witnessed by other customers on numerous visits), I wouldn’t be super happy go lucky myself.

Also people, the pharmacy only has so much power with certain insurance claims. Call your companies directly. My spouse works for a pharmacy benefits manager, which is a third party company that serves as a liaison between o pharmacies, insurance companies, and doctors- and you wouldn’t believe the nonsense reasons they deny meds. Likely there’s an alternative your doctor can prescribe that’s cheaper or fully covered by insurance. Oftentimes insurance companies have lists of approved medications and if the prescription isn’t specified, you can run into issues at the counter.
Please do your due diligence, especially given all the BS these folks have to deal with. They’re certainly not paid enough to deal with you screaming at them about an issue you could have easily resolved in a five minute phone call while they’re dealing with the same issue twenty times over and trying to deal with pandemic pressures.

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacists at this location. I’m extremely impressed by John. They are so busy there but John is always polite helpful considerate and efficient. The other pharmacy staff are great too

Great staff, all very friendly and professional. Store is always well-stocked. The pharmacy is great to work with, and prescriptions are always filled on time.

Friendly staff, always. The only times I have needed to wait is when lots of other people, who also like this store, are checking out at the same time.
