I'm registered as an an OfficeMax rewards member. So at checkout, I handed my $4.09 purchase to the cashier, a really nice young lady. When she asked if I was a rewards member, I said yes. Then she scanned my item, and almost jokingly, I said, "Do I get a reward?" And she said yes, then scanned a barcode at her counter, and knocked 20% off my purchase. It was such a delightful, refreshing act. It cost you guys about 80 cents, but you earned about $10 of good will from this customer. Thank you. I'll be back.

I ordered some flyers from the print center. I arrived prior to the scheduled completion time. The gentleman found my order in the computer, printed my order as I shopped and brought the completed order to me in the store! Exceptional Service! Also interacted with the store manager who is always friendly and super knowledgeable! Thank you Office Depot Eden Prairie for going above and beyond!

I found exactly what I was looking for. In addition, we had bought a large box of copy paper, and we asked Blake, the employee who was helping us, if he could help get it into our car. He helped us and was courteous and friendly. Very thankful!

I visited the Eden Prairie MN store and I must say, Akil was extremely friendly and helpful! I even stopped and spoke to the manager to let him know how happy I was with the help received from Akil. Bravo Akil! You nailed it!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Office Depot in Eden Prairie. I was getting business cards at the last minute. my order was completed within 24 hours. The service was remarkable. I really felt valued as a customer and that seems to be rare these days. My whole experience was better than anticipated. Well done!

Nice selection of office supplies and furniture

I found it so easy to create my design using Canva right on the Office Depot website. Then my ordered product with THAT exact design was printed and ready for pick-up in excellent time. Friendly in-store service, too.

I needed help on how to use my printer. The gentleman had me bring my own printer in and he spent a long time explaining everything very thoroughly. I went out of the store smiling!

Had order a return address stamp and wasn't impressed with how it turned out. I reached out to Val who worked within that department and she was fabulous. She was so friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to get what I was looking for. She even took the time to make me a couple examples before landing on one that looked best. Honestly, probably the best customer service I've ever had!! Thank you for all your help Val! Office Depot: you better keep her around!

Fast courteous service on Printing and drawing needs

I have been coming to Office Depot in Eden Prairie for a few years, and I have had a great experience everytime.

What inspired me to write this review was an employee by the name of Anthony. He was polite, accommodating, and very well-spoken.

There is a new attitude in the store. And I like it. They greet you like they want you to be there and they are there to help you. I am very impressed with Michael in the printing department and have returned because of his gracious professionalism. His staff's help has made a positive difference in my many art projects. Several of the staff have become my IT group that I can lean on. It feels good to shop Office Depot!
